Maybe the nicest interior on Ex i have ever seen. I like that you remain faithful to the original. You just reupholstered. The interior swaps to the modern style is cool, but I feel it takes away from the era.
Better than what Ford produced yesterday. I got one too. Almost as nice as this one. What was spent on this one still couldn’t buy a new one, and this is so much better. Ford needs to quite playing games with the crapmobiles EVs and build the Excursions again. Might sell as many as the trucks. This one is a full size truck with luxury seating and comfortable with plenty of space, more than a GM Suburban.

If you want to do it yourself, I will show you how, step by step. I have my own way of doing it, which is much faster and easier. If you want to know how much, I charge $1.50-$2.00 per light, plus the kit. Excursion has a HUGE headliner so it’s a little hard to work on, so It’ll be $2 per light. So for 1000 lights, you’re looking at about $2350.00. This includes removing and installing headliner of course, but no color or material change. Just adding the light on original headliner. Thanks.

Could I get a link to the suede you guys used for the headliner of the truck? I am looking into doing the same starlight roof for my excursion and am not sure which fabric to buy since there are many options. Would be very much appreciated :)
There are many different companies. I get them at a supply near me. Just go to any supply near you and ask for headliner suede. (It should be stretchy). There are 2 kinds. One with backing (which will have a thin foam glued to the fabric, and one without. Without is the one I use when doing starlight. You can use the one with backing as well but you will feel the fiber optics when touching the headliner, because of the foam making it softer.

No, dash is original marital. I believe I pained some of the bottom piece that where tan color. But actual dash, no it’s original
