- Sorry for my poor video editing. This is my 2000 ford excursion build and conversion into a 2011-2016. This build took a lot of time because I did it myself and took a lot of back and forth but at the end of the day it came out the way I wanted hope you like it.

Do you have a list of all the upgrades. Looks like a fun project! Turned out awesome.
List is petty basic all you need is the kit that brings the brackets for the fenders, grille, and front bumper which McNasty sells in my case it would be really long because when I got the car was too worn out I basically had to rebuild te entire car front to rear. It took me about 8 months to finish it because I event rebuilt the motor cause it had 589k miles but it was really fun overall.
I'm more impressed the original motor lasted that long

Just the driver side from an original excursion because the original ones had a lot of rust and I wanted the car to be rust free.
