One thing that is happening is Biden is dividing men by who they voted for or their political persuasions. They started in DC with the NG by telling them if they refused the jab they would be demoted and put back to the first. They thrm were punished if they voted for Biden or Trump. This is a all volunteer military right now. You cannot treat people who didn’t vote fir who you wanted or refuse to take a jab thst can potentially kill them. These volunteers should he able to serve their country and not be forced to take a jab if they don’t want it. Or tell anyone who they voted for. My body my choice and the ballot is supposed to be secret. They volunteered not drafted. Now I know why they will reinstall the draft. But they should still be able to say my body my choice. Of my vote is a secret ballot. Not divide them agsinst each other.
Would you want to serve in a military like this? Unity is so important in military. Must know that your mate has your back when in combat.

If you'd actually do some research you'd know that Critical Race Theory is a legal analysis of laws passed in the United States that have put the white population over people of color. And considering a DoD report found 36% of enlisted and officers said they've experienced racism or have seen white supremacy in the military. As well as a lot of the people in these far-right extremist groups being active or former military is a pretty clear sign that racism and hate is a pretty big thing in the US Military.

@Captain Gregg I wanted to thank you for breaking down the impossibility of "far Right fascism". Too many people don't understand the differences between "Left wing" and "Right wing". I have noted before in comments that there really is no well known modern day Right wing government. Europe is incredibly Left wing, to the point that it doesn't even have a reference point for Conservatism since even it's Conservative parties are basically Left to moderate Left and the U.S. as it currently sits is only just moderate.
@Captain Gregg It appears your entire argument that conservatives and big government are incompatible is based upon the primitive left-right political spectrum that portrays political ideology as a straight line. A more accurate depiction is the four square political compass, which differentiates the libertarian conservatives from authoritarian conservatives. Libertarian conservatives, as you said, are limited to no government advocates, which means absolutely no intervention in any aspect of society. Authoritarian conservatives, on the other hand, want limited government but only when it comes to the economy (free market, no regulation). However they support big government to protect "traditions" and prevent any attempt to change these traditions (bans on gay marriage and abortion, as well as other social changes). Likewise, they support big government when it comes to foreign policy, advocating for large government spending (requiring high taxes on population) to fund the military. They are also nationalistic and anti-immigrant, both hallmark traits of the contemporary Republican party under Trump. Therefore fascists, who match up with all these characteristics, would be considered authoritarian conservatives.
The primitive left-right spectrum understanding of political ideology also appears to confuse you when it comes to the difference between authoritarian leftists and "libertarian" leftists. Libertarian leftists support big government for regulating the economy , but vehemently oppose big government when it comes to issues like global military intervention or surveillance. Bernie and AOC are in this area. Authoritarian leftists however, advocate for absolute government control over the economy and over people's lives. This is where communism would be at. So no, not all leftists are automatically communists who want a totalitarian communist government, just like not all people on the right want a totalitarian racist government. And no, I don't subscribe to communism, the ideology which you rightfully said has led to hundreds of millions of deaths. Rather, I am more center left that acknowledges that our country isn't perfect and has some flaws that need to be fixed, but still believes we are the greatest country on earth.
So yes, marxism and fascism are both authoritarian, but they aren't both leftist ideologies. Fascism is on the right, and marxism is on the left. To say they are both leftist demonstrates a lack of understanding of the subject, but since you believe political ideology is based on a straight line, I can see why you think that way.
Might I add real quick that socialist policies has been around in America for over a century, starting mostly with Teddy Roosevelt. Additionally, any remaining policy from FDR (which successfully got the US out of the depression and is the reason why we are so powerful today) are primarily socialist. I agree that absolute socialism will fail, but implementing various aspects of it to combat the flaws of capitalism (read up on the lovely Gilded Age to see such flaws) is beneficial.
I also didn't subscribe to the left because of "free shit", which is a poor argument on your part since it is a generalization that is based upon a handful of "open border" hippies who are in no way representative of the entire left. Likewise, I do not qualify for any of the "free shit" that leftist policies enact, so welfare isn't my reason. That said, to say the condition that people are in is based only on their own actions is extremely naive and is contradicted by a long history of discriminatory polices that fuel inequality. This belief is based on the myth that everyone in America has an equal opportunity to succeed. I can point out overwhelming evidence proving otherwise if you want me to. Rather, people have been and still are discriminated against based on characteristics they have no control of, which is the source of inequality. You seem to by hyperfocused on one particular part of equity (equal outcomes). Equity is far more complex than that simple definition. Let me elaborate:
Moving on, the notion of equality inherently assumes that all people are in relatively similar circumstances, and therefore when each person equally receives something, everybody equally benefits. However this is not true at all. A good example is the progressive tax rate, which is based on equity. The reason we have this type of tax rate is because we acknowledge that if we taxed everyone equally, those who are in poverty suffer much more from the tax than the rich. Equity takes into account these differences, and as a result, taxes the rich more than the poor. Notice this doesn't automatically result in equal outcomes. A rich person won't get poorer because of the tax, they just become less richer. Rather, it allows for equal opportunity to actually have a chance to take place because the magnitude the other circumstances have on inhibiting equal opportunity are minimized.
Lastly, I truly hope you don't believe in the notion of "there is no racism in America", and if you do, I can point out several pieces of evidence suggesting otherwise.
@Captain Gregg Authoritarian conservative is in no way an oxymoron. Conservativism, at it's core, is keeping things the same. It rejects change. Simple as that. Limited government advocates (libertarians) are simply one half of conservatism, and push back against any government regulation over society or the economy because they believe this would change things (what conservatives do not want). The other half of conservatives, seek to prevent things from changing by having a big government enacting laws that protect traditions. Both types of conservatives seek to keep things the same way as they currently are, but have two different ways of doing so. You seem to believe the only type of true conservative is one that is libertarian, which is simply false. Conservatives can support big government (over social issue) and still be conservative.
So that said, any true libertarian conservative would support the right of a gay couple to be married or the right of a woman to have an abortion right?
You also didn't actually disprove the four square political compass, you just used the same "it's Marxist, Marxist bad" argument you seem to use against everything. The left-right straight line politics spectrum is a so bland that it is inaccurate at portraying the nuances of political ideology.
I have to ask though, about your seemingly undying support for limited government. When you look at the history of the US, a majority of the unethical and horrifying moments had been caused by the existence of limited government. A good example would be the Gilded Age, wherein the naive laissez faire concept reigned supreme, and the extreme flaws of capitalism were put on display, resulting in widespread inequality and suffering. What solved this issue? Big government intervention with anti-monopoly and anti-trust polices.
Look at the Great Depression. Herbert Hoover and his conservative predecessors failed miserably when trying the limited government approach to fix it. Then what happened? Big government intervention under FDR and his policies got us out of it and made the US the most powerful country in the world.
Lastly, look Jim Crow laws in the South. Limited government ideals allowed these laws to last a century because of the "well, not our problem, states have the right to do what they want" approach. It wasn't until big government stepped in with the Civil Rights Act that minorites could actually enjoy their constitutional rights in the South.
It's quite clear that limited government doesn't have a good track record in American history. Hell, look at the Articles of Confederation. Extremely limited government, failed horribly. The founders got together and a majority agreed that a larger, central government was necessary.
One last thing to clear up: As a self proclaimed libertarian conservative, you must absolutely hate Trump, correct?
Go get them Tom Cotton. Stay on them and make sure they're doing their job right and not indoctrinating our troops. God bless you. Amen.

Of course, there are individuals who support CRT that are not good people and support it for all the wrong reasons, but that shouldnt be used as a reason to discount CRT. I also agree it's not a perfect concept and has many flaws, but comparing it to the cultural revolution in China isn't accurate.
Also, what would be the problem with learning Chinese history in schools? I understand not learning their propaganda, but learning an objective account of their history would be useful for informing people of the past and how to avoid it.

When I was in the Army, the motto was “Be all you can be!” I liked that motto. It meant you should work to serve your country and advance yourself so you could serve your country even better. It meant do the best you could do whenever you were doing something and you would be a success. Fight hard. Never give up and you would be a success. Maybe you wouldn’t get there as fast as some other soldiers, but as long as you fought hard and never gave up, you’d get there.
When I was in the Army the only color and race that mattered was Green, which was the color of our uniforms at the time. And guess what, we were ALL GREEN! Because we were all green, I felt closer to my fellow soldiers than some of my own family. Anybody who tries to foster an attitude other than All American no matter what part of the US you’re from was not someone I wanted to work with. Critical Race Theory doesn’t promote the All American idea. It’s divisive and destructive to morale. Critical Race Theory is a legal analysis of laws passed in this country that put the white population above people of color. And there is more then enough bills from congress and state legislatures and counties and cities that show that. And I'm not surprised military recruiting is lower then ever. With the amount of sexual assault incidents and the fact that a DoD report found 36% of enlisted and officers said they've experienced racism or seen white supremacy is pretty jarring.

CRT only gets involved in the military because they want to take over everything and spin whatever lies they want, regardless of the statistics. As an Army veteran I have to tell you that those 4 years were my introduction to race relationships. I had some black high-school friends, but when your living in a multi-cultural environment you learn how to better understand each other and of course we were in an environment where everyone was your brother because we all felt responsible for the success of one another. Teaching our soldiers critical race theory is a mistake in my opinion. These men need to feel like brothers, not adversaries.

What is interesting when I think of color back then, I remember our dress uniforms were black and white. We wore the same uniform, we served with pride, integrity, and respect. Our best hope is to elect a hardcore Republican (Trump/Desantis) They'll fight it, it'll derail the Democrats agenda....which will save us perhaps for a while longer...controlling the masses is easy when our attention is diverted to nonsensical radical " climate change killing us". I thought the point of training in the military was to bring us together, not learn to question a fellow soldier in the heat of battle and lose trust in them because of their skin color or whatever other differences we have.

I just checked the US Army's demographics against the US CENSUS demographics:
It is 55% white, yet whites represent 60 percent of the US population (not counting Latinos because the Army counts them Hispanic)
It is 21% black, yet blacks only represent 13.4% of the US population.
It is 16% Hispanic, yet Hispanics represent 18.5% of the US population.
So as it turns out, whites are underrepresented in the US Army, and blacks and Hispanics are overrepresented in the US Army.
The US Army generally has the lowest ASVAB qualification scores. That won't be true for the US Air Force and US Coast Guard which require higher ASVAB scores than the US Army. Not sure about the Marines or US Navy.
So what we are back to is qualification testing is racist according to Secretary Austin... and there is the CRT BS in action!!!
The people pushing this want nothing but a military that they can turn on the white race, for without it they know they will fail.
Keep it up and you’re going to see discrimination.

I recently went from air force to space force and plan to leave at my first possible opportunity due to the terrible path we are on.
I never really dealt with racism until my dad retired from the military and we moved to Louisiana. Military life as a dependent was a melting pot of different people and we all got along.

I’m in the Army. Been in for the entire part of my adult life (17-26). I am black. I have been able to progress better than my peers, because I was better. The Army is not racist. I will say there have been racist people who work along my side and if they have rank, they can and most likely will create a toxic and racist environment, though that is highly unlikely. It gets caught real quick and delt with.
