The guy is Spraying 'Easy Start' into the air intake of his engine, sometimes if your engine refuses to start (for many reasons) Easy start is a highly combustible ethanol and you're only supposed to spray very small amount into the air intake because if you over spray and there is a sudden ignition, too much will cause the engine to essentially explode
My V8 engine once ran outta gas. After i put some into the tank, it refused to start. I sprayed just one little spritz into the intake, and the engine revved and backfired. Just one little spritz and it acted like i floored it with NOS. Go easy with the EZ Start.

I just went to find it myself. What I was told about those two men dying was NOT true! Apparently they both DID live! It is on TH-cam. Just type in salt mine sink hole and it will come up. Sorry about my first post being wrong. I was misinformed as a joke. It was still a terible tragedy as a lot of fish were lost.
