    good cable management, probably the best one I've seen and better than mine haha, however you messed up in one thing, wrong radiator fans mounting, they should be on the bottom of the radiator so they ca work as exhaust and not suck up the air from the radiator because the thermal dissipating energy that comes from the fins are not sufficient to be blown out that's why we need fans facing and mounted down unless you are willing to add an extra 2 at the bottom and figure a way to route the pump tubes

    • @KleoYan
      @KleoYan  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi KeArMaU5, welcome to my channel. Thank you for your valuable feedback. I have tested. Push or pull does not make a difference on these Arctic P14 fans. I deliberately place it this way to prevent dust accumulation plus cleaning is easier. If you place the fans below and blowing towards the radiator, there are more dust accumulation which causes thermal to increase in less than a month usage. Nevertheless, thank you for the suggestion.

    • @kearmau5
      @kearmau5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@KleoYan i really didn't face that problem i don't have any dust accumulation, however there should be a performance decrease when going with that

    • @KleoYan
      @KleoYan  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@kearmau5 i understand where you are coming from as in fans should have an opening to grab air through. But as mentioned. I have tested it before I mount this way. Fans of other brands, yes you are right but not with these Arctic P14 PWM PST CO (ball bearing) fans. I do not not have issues with thermal when doing it this way. This vid is not related but am getting good temps. th-cam.com/video/LLA7Ybw14Dc/w-d-xo.html please be mindful. I am from a tropical hot and humid country which my room temperature is always around 30 to 31 degrees Celsius. Coolest room temperature is at 27 to 29 degrees

    I just bought this CPU over the weekend and I was looking at this case in my local Micro Center. It's small enough to fit on the little mans desk or even on the middle shelf. I was looking at builds for it and came across your video. Great job! I can use this as a blueprint for the cable management. Since I'll be using the onboard graphic for now until I get a video card later I might still connect the necessary cable for the power to avoid the issue later. I won't be doing much in the way of LED lighting since that side of the case will be facing the wall. Once again, great job!

    So the screws that you used to mount your fans on top of the radiator. Were they long enough to go through the fan and catch the radiator threads? I have the cooler master 240ml v2 rgb and with the provided screws this is not possible because the top of screws prevent top of case from going back on case. But if i have case fans under radiator my gpu wires hit fans

    I enjoyed your video!! Very good tutorial . I just finished a build with the same case but in white and I used an MSI RTX 3070 which for me was too thick causing high temps, so I went with RTX 3070ti which is a 2 slot card and moved the GPU closet to the front of case leaving me with more room between mobo. and gpu. I went with the Asrock Gaming Phantom Z690i mini ITX because it has more room in cpu area than Gigabyte/MSI and Asus Z690i motherboards . All in all the cable management took some time and with the help of zip ties and patience the build turned out very good and even better after purchasing an extra pair of mesh panels my temps are better now . It was fun building in this case and enjoy it very much . Oh I forgot to mention switching out my i7-12700K to an i5-12600K lowered my temps drastically by 15 to 17 degrees Celsius with a little default settings in bios and XMP on and fixed fan curves in bios and also fixed fan curves for GPU as well.

Just for your info, I normally calcutate the ampere proper and to check what's the fan load ampere of my motherboard. That's why i do not use the original Bequiet fans which are with high ampere. I use Arctic P14s as they are of lower ampere but have better static pressure. In addition, the P14s out perform the bequiet silent wing 3 fans that comes with the Bequiet Silent Loop 2.

    I am planning to build my first pc and planning to buy this case, however there is a questing that i couldn't find the answer anywhere else.
    The front panel connecter in this case is the all in one type, and when i read the manual and compared to the Asus Rog B550i motherboard, the same as the one in your build,
    I notice the Pin looks different from each other, Q58 have the empty pin on the bottom left, while the mother board empty pin is on bottom right (since the mother board here is upside down)
    When u were connecting all the front connecter at 8:35, the part where you connect the front power panel was cut off, so im not sure how you did it.

    • @KleoYan
      @KleoYan  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@florencemesina7708 hi, this you have to make a choice. It depends if you want to have a platinum or a 80 Plus Gold SFX. I have chosen the Cooler Master V850 80 Plus Gold is due to these factors
      1) Easier cable management as cables are flat and more flexible compared to braided cables of the Corsair SFX 850 platinum
      2) Another factor is, this case should not be using too highend processor and gpu as the airflow is restricted. so therefore using mid range processor and gpu, a 80 Plus Gold SFX is sufficient enough.
      Now you can choose the platinum SFX from corsair but you will have a bigger challenge as the cables are not that flexible. Hope these will answer your question.

You can try the method with the cable management I did, by the way, I have found some ways and means to bring down the pc component’s temperature in this case. Hey buddy I just watched some of your videos about Lian Li products and recently I've installed 10 Lian Li Uni Fan Al120 in my system. They are spinning and they are in rainbow mode but when I open up the Lian Li software it says the controller can not be detected. What should I do now?

      Hello Dominik_63, welcome to my channel. when you launch the device manager, under Universal Serial Bus devices, do you see any lian li device listed there? if not, do you have any other argb programs installed before you install the L-Connect? if you did, I would advise you to perform the below steps
      1) Check on lian li official website. see if there are any fix or patch for your motherboard and model. lian-li.com/product/uni-fan-al/
      2) Remove all argb programs in your system, using revo uninstaller ( this will remove all left over registry) www.revouninstaller.com/revo-uninstaller-free-download/
      3) Once done, shut down your PC, unplug the PSU cable, let it sit for 30 to 46 seconds, this will flush out existing IRQ that are tag to the argb controller
      4) Turn on your PC and check the device manager, under Universal Serial Bus devices. make sure you see Lian-Li device is listed
      5) Install only the L-Connect 2 application. test fans rpm and argb effect
      6) If all works, reinstall the other argb program you need to control your other argb devices (example GPU, Rams and etc)
      7) if all fails. contact lian li support directly. lian-li.com/faq/

      @@dominik_6336 ok then did you have other argb program install before L-Connect 2? If you did try remove both as mention and go through the process which I have shown you. Reason being, some motherboards which require you to install their argb program before you can control certain devices and it took full control of the IRQ address which is shared for any argb program. So what happened is. It forbid L-Connect 2 to control even device is showing on device manager.

    Neat cable management!
    But, did you move psu bracket to its lower position?
    I wonder if i could still manage the cables neatly with braided ones, since theyre more stiff than yours.

      Hello Yoddy Agung welcome to my channel. The bracket is at it’s lowest position. If I put it up where the sfx-l location. My radiator hose will be too tight. As for braided cables and I assume you are using the Corsair 750 sfx. There is a way. You need to use cable comb to comb and tie the cables, then remove the comb. It will work.

    Any chance you check if you can put 2* slim fans on the AIO?
    or maybe use the 3d printed PSU mount that another TH-camr made so you check if a regular 120 fan can be used at the bottom?
    Awesome content, keep it up and thanks in advance

    • @KleoYan
      @KleoYan  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi SoundSelector, welcome to my channel, you mean the youtuber "Machines & More" , if you are using standard radiators that are of 28mm thick.. it's no issue to use regular 120mm fans. but if your radiator is 38mm thick. then you got no choice but to use slim 120mm fans. As for the bottom, do pardon me, I do not have a 3d printer, but am using a regular 120mm fan at the bottom. Unless you are using SFX-L power supply or the corsair sfx psu that comes with braided cables. I mean that is a platinum SFX but personally I dislike braided cables, I prefer flat cables like the cooler master sfx psu. braided cables will only create more cable clutter as they are harder to shape. unless they are of paracord sleeving. So ya, if you cable manage properly as I've illustrated in this video plus using a SFX PSU with just flat cables, it's very easy to mount a regular 120mm fan. There will be another video which I will be sharing as how to bring down the temperature without altering or doing any DIY on this case itself. Once again thank you for your visit and to provide me with feedbacks, greatly appreciated it.

      @@SoundSelector hey I make a mistake.. the fan will go to the radiator frame.. i measured from the rad fins and the gap, which is wrong. it's only 11mm apart from the rad frame to the PSU (the gap) you cannot fit a 120mm slim fan.. btw why do you want to do a push pull configuration on at 28mm radiator.. it wont help much and also you will damage the fan's areo dynamic in long run.. anyway, ya you cannot fit any slim fan.. so sorry.

    i feel like case manufacturers need to stop making front i/o cables so damn long, especially in case like this. like the motherboard isnt that far from the front panel, i dont need 8 inches of cables. they need to start taking at least 3 inches off for cases like this and the a4 h20, would make management so much easier and make the end result so much cleaner
