To receive "outside the visual field" for a throw/re-bound/re-throw, it is not enough that the apparatus travels backwards or that the gymnasts are back-to-back: The throwing arm must be in a zone defined as "outside the visual field", or the body part executing the throw/re-bound/re-throw must be in a zone defined as "outside the visual field".

Hi! If executed correctly (catch with trunk well into backward walkover position, which is not the case here for the gymnasts catching the ribbons), then yes. Have a lovely day :)
