Love Chris Stapleton. What a singer musican writer. He will go down as the ledgend of our time ❤️ He doesn't have a bad song. That man sings with such soul and gets into your soul ❤️ Thanks for your reaction video. Keep up all your work.
Oh my gosh yes you do have to see him!! I'm going to see him for the third time this summer. He is one of the few who sound exactly like they do live as they do on tracks. Please do; midnight train to Memphis, broken halos, what are you listening to, fire away, parachute, nobody to blame, and either way. 😉
The thing with Chris Stapleton is while his studio recorded and produced tracks are great, it seems like he delivers his live songs with a piece of his soul. Just next level stuff.
🎸💯 "Cold" is my absolute favorite Chris Stapleton song‼🔥 His bluesy, gritty, soulful vibe, his badass guitar, the arrangements & transitions, that piano and THOSE STRINGS (which are EVERYTHING) blend into this amazingly powerful display of talent‼He's absolutely incredible‼🔥🤯🔥❤ Check out his acoustic version of "Barely Alive"; "Death Row"; "Fool Me Again"; "I Was Wrong"; "Sometimes I Cry" & "What Are You Listening To". That'll give you a good Stapleton start. Then watch/react to his cover of James Brown's "It's a Man's World"; his cover of the Allman Brothers "Whipping Post" & his more recent cover of Metallica's "Nothing Else Matters"‼ By then you SHOULD BE wondering about just how deep the Chris Stapleton rabbit hole is, right⁉️ So his early stuff was with the bluegrass group The SteelDrivers. Following that stint, he was the front man for the Southern Rock band the Jompson Brothers ("Inside Your Head") who only recorded one album. Go ahead & jump in, Dave! You'll be very glad you did! I promise! 🤘
They're still very much together, in fact they've just attended the 2022 ACM awards with 2 of their kids. Everyone thinks this is a Bond song, myself included lol From the same album I would recommend "Starting over" and "Devil always makes me think twice", live version preferably
Yeah. His performance with Justin Timberlake at the 2015 CMA Awards is hands down the best award show performance EVER!! It's Tennessee Whiskey and Drink You Away. Awesome to see an audience full of musicians and performers turn into fans at a concert.
use CC, that way words are right on the video. TH-cam's are small letters too. 1 word for my man Chris, Masterful! Orchestra is defo. CMA, lol, a huge production. As far as watching live after the fact, if it is Chris, so worth it! Nobody can sing better live than recorded. He is the genuine thing, God given man.
"WHISKEY & YOU", "EITHER WAY", "I WAS WRONG" & " WHAT ARE YOU LISTENING TO?" ARE TOTALLY EXCEPTIONAL SONGS ABOUT LOST LOVE NOT ONLY RECORDED BY CHRIS BUT WRITTEN BY HIM TOO!!!! YOUR REACTIONS WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED NO DOUBT. BTW GREAT REACTION & NEW SUB HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Haven't had a chance to really look to your comments or your past history but you have got to do Austin City Limits live I recommend doing all his songs than performances live but you need to do him and Justin Timberlake live at the CMAs him and Justin Timberlake live doing say something and then his wife Morgan does not get enough credit for anything she's the backup on almost every song he does the man is literally in a John ra of his own there are no words to describe his talent he is just extraordinary and such a pleasure to listen to and getting to see him live is like nothing else in this world but definitely I recommend any reaction to do try to do it by the wiper forms is you also have to do fire away Sometimes I Cry I was wrong whiskey Sunrise whiskey like whiskey in me so many songs do my Jesus is not enough time
Here’s another recent live performance of a song off the new album called Arkansas. It’s more along the southern rock style th-cam.com/video/DRReg08kRrI/w-d-xo.html.
Hey Dave, I love your energy and insight on songs. I realize it's your channel, and you can run it the way you want to, so please don't take this the wrong way but you paused at least than 30 times during the song, and thats more than any other reactor I've seen on TH-cam. I know ya'll have to pause the songs a couple of times for copyright infringement, but 30 times, that's just too many times. I hope this doesn't sound to mean because that wasn't my intention at all. I really would love to subscribe to your channel. I'll keep watching.
Look at his work with the SteelDrivers. It's a soulful bluegrass band. I'm into bluegrass, but these are great songs written and sung by Chris.. Blue side of the Mountian. If it hadn't been for Love. Where Rainbows never Die. Midnight Train to Memphis. Adele covered If it hadn't been for love.
Live performances Impromptu performance of It’s a Man’s, Man’s Man’s World 🌎 I Was Wrong live Austin City Limits Sometimes I Cry live Bing Lounge Live Duet Hold On H.E.R. and Chris from a country awards show
Probably the most frustrating reaction I've ever seen, yes we want your reaction, but this wasy waaaayyy too many of them. If you would have just listened many of your questions would have been answered. And as to Chris' guitar skills, you truly need to immediately react to the Austin City Limits version of his 'I was Wrong'. Break up? With his wife simply because she didn't sing on stage on this one? Dude, they have five kids and are super partners.
Sorry that the free content I post in my spare time for fun, which you can just click on something else if you aren't enjoying, offended you to the point that you had to leave a snarky remark. Best of luck correcting the rest of the internet.
@@davesmith3713 Very sorry to have offended you, I didn't realize that only favorable comments were acceptable. No snark was meant, my friend, only information I thought might be helpful. I doubt I'm the only one frustrated by your not really hearing the performance with the many stops to comment. You are right I don't have to listen to your review, however, why do you post it if you can't take other than applause? I will do as you say and 'click on something else'
No offense, the most annoying reaction ive seen. I get stopping may be necessary. And you're reacting to what you watch, But you stopped every few words. And repeating the words. I just wanted to see you stop pausing and listen.
Thank guitarman122763 for my sub. I'll never understand when someone has to announce why they didn't sub instead of sending a DM and being a bit more private about it. Pretty damn disrespectful in my opinion.

I agree, but it's so hard because his work is so great.
If I was an artist, there is no way on God's green earth that I am following this man on stage! Don't even bother!! He has to be the last artist!
They're still very much together, in fact they've just attended the 2022 ACM awards with 2 of their kids.

His comments are actually quite good but I have to agree with you; way too many pauses throughout!
Yeah. Commenting after every 3 lyric words got kind of annoying. So much so I couldn't finish it.
Maybe you would not have to drink so much from your coffee cup if you spoke a little less. Beautiful song by Chris and you repeated almost every word.
Thanks for the feedback!
He and his wife and band wrote this in about 15 minutes. Morgane just had their 5th child.

Love reaction videos but u talk waaaaay too much. Couldn't get through the video.
Dude! You would probably have more views if you didn’t stop the video so much!!!! I left before the end because it was so irritating!!!
Way, way WAY too much stopping and talking bro!!
No offense, the most annoying reaction ive seen. I get stopping may be necessary. And you're reacting to what you watch, But you stopped every few words. And repeating the words. I just wanted to see you stop pausing and listen.
You butcher the songs so bad that they're not enjoyable.
Too much talking, can't vibe with the song
Thank guitarman122763 for my sub. I'll never understand when someone has to announce why they didn't sub instead of sending a DM and being a bit more private about it. Pretty damn disrespectful in my opinion.
Ha ha right? The internet is a big place - just move along! I appreciate the sub, and even more the understanding. Cheers
