Can u show a video of the right exercise for frozen shoulder. U sounded a coach who demo the right approach.. vs not just the right exercise but wrong approach. Many of my friends suffered from from Frozen shoulder but there are just too many confusing advice .

This is so weird. It is completely different than weight lifting. Different than isometrics. What is this? The stretching focus has me confused. I've always been too flexible, which I think leads to injury. Is this only for weak bodied older folks?

hi - with a back injury, how do you get up from the floor? when lying on my back i roll over to one side draw my knees up and use my right arm to press up to a side sitting position and turn to get on all fours. at this point i push back into a downward facing dog and stand up from there. any chance this might be a good thing to do getting up from the floor? thank you!

I have mild herniation of S 1- L 3. Had for years. I try to walk in good posture. Yes that leg stretch is good. I feel it when I go walking if I don't concentrate on good posture. I will do your exercises to improve back and hips. Thanks so much!! So funny "movement snacks"....I thought Only I was nuts enough to do that. But it works.

I often have lower back pain and you are a life saver. Even whilst writing this comment, i have been having lower back pain for most of today and it's making me frustrated and miserable. My job involves a lot of sitting down in front of a computer. Please advise how to best manage and rid of my back pain. Many thanks
