Have been very concerned for the future of my mobility etc. Not as much now. Thankyou very much. Much easier to begin again with than yoga or anything. Glute issue is so true. I’m 51 had stiff hips getting out of the car was like the progression of evolution of man iconic image! 😂 I need a hip replacement apparently but learning that my left glute couldn’t activate the same as the right and was 30% smaller has been key to improving mobility and reducing pain.
Million of thank you and appreciation much better to take poisonous chemical made medications full of hands again thank you I watch your exercises and advises God bless you what you showing the steps we must pay to the gym trainers
