If you use the short second chain tensioner on the left side from below, no oil will be pumped in.

Why is that?

Because the chain tensioner is shorter and the oil holes are exposed at the top.

Did you turn it 1 revolutions from 5 o’clock and then back to 12?

No. He technically followed the manual. Nine o clock to time the left side. 12 o clock to time the right side.

For the stock phasers you used the same bolts ?

No they're torque to yield, I used ARP

How did you clean your phaser to cam bolt's threads? Im doing it now, trying not to f***k anything up here lol

Just use brake cleaner
