Last Flight And Goodbye To The CRJ 700

This past weekend I had the unique opportunity to fly an aircraft that holds a special place in my heart.
Ex-boss and great friend Iain Findlay invited me along for a functional test flight on one of the “old” SAX CRJ 700’s that is due to be ferried overseas in the very near future.
It felt like meeting an old friend, followed shortly by a sad goodbye. I am very grateful to have flown this plane one last time.
A special shoutout to all the #saexpress crew that operated with the highest standards for all these years. It is sad that corruption in the highest ranks of SA government brought down what was a wonderful place for a pilot to learn and apply their trade.
