100g spaghetti 8-10 cherry tomatoes 1 tsp olive oil + more to drizzle 1 garlic clove 1/2 chilli pepper (optional) few fresh basil leaves grated cheese Cut the cherry tomatoes in quarters or halves as per your preference. Thinly slice the chilli pepper. Peel, crush and roughly chop the garlic clove. Tear the basil leaves into smaller pieces. Boil the pasta in salted water. Heat olive oil in frying pan. Add garlic and chilli and fry for 1 minute. Add the tomatoes and basil, stir and fry for few minutes. Add little pasta water and season with salt and pepper. Drain the pasta and add to the frying pan. Drizzle some additional extra virgin olive oil over the pasta and mix well with the veggies. Transfer to plate and grate some cheese on top. Makes 1 serving.

I feckin love this bloke, the simplicity of his cooking, yet the dishes he turns out look mouthwatering.
100g spaghetti
