    Had one in the back of my pickup and the corner broke when it tipped over. Not to mention it was below freezing outside. Liked it till then. Dont think I'll buy anymore unless it wont be moved around much.

      Thanks for the input. These jugs seem like the will hold up but I'd imagine with a lot of rough handling they will break, but that could be said with any sort of water container.

      @@CanadianGunsNgear I've found 2l soda bottles work well. They dont crack as much when frozen and tend to expand a lil with the ice. Stay away from milk jugs when storing water (break to easy) but keep them around to melt for patching cracks in plastic containers.

    HOW IN THE WORLD Do you line the freaking cap and spigot on facing in the downpour direction? The threading Sucks! I've already broken one cheap A$$ spigot while tightening and then trying to unscrew it. What miraculous trick and invisible instructions are there for screwing on and aligning the fr@#$_kg spout??? And the plastic spout is cheap and very breakable.
