It make you comfortable with the ball. Being comfortable with the ball it makes you better on the field. Ofc do other thing not just ball mastery but master it so you can be very comfortable.
Not really you need to run on treadmill or just run outside (full speed) , with this work (mastery ball) you only or lose weight and cardio and improve your skills in a match but def you need to work on your stamina if not you will be me last 6 years , talented but I use to be tired in just 5min, II hope this help

You can be comfortable with movement also and you can do it in match
It becomes automatic when u are playing. It enhances your dribbling. It makes you dribble very well. Ronaldinho does most of these in playing.
