@@rasmusfredriksson4040 I don't know the name but I remember practicing that exercise without the bench (even harder) during my football training few years ago and it's a very good exercise for balance and changing of direction

I’ve just done all of these in the gym and at a good intensity but I’ve got home and my legs aren’t hurting however they hurt during the exercise, would you recommend increasing sets and/or reps if I feel good doing these? Cheers.

Very welcome! I’d suggest doing the injury prevention work before training sessions. I always use them as warm up exercises. During season, the injury prevention work is really all you need

Hi Adonis, thank you for the workout. But I injured my hip from a very sudden movement from a shot put by rotating my outer hip with a lot of force causing for it to hurt. It happened last week and healing but would you wait for it to fully recover because I’ve already started strengthening my hip?
Don’t play with hip injuries man, if i were you i would let it fully recover. Made that mistake to and it just made it a lot worse. Do recovery exercises!

Copenhagen planks are great. Since injuries often comes from weakness, the best way to recover is to strengthening a muscle. Mobility will also help you more than stretching for flexibility.

That’s fine. But just make sure that the weight is light enough to where you can move efficiently

I think he mentioned in one of his tiktoks it's best to train without shoes, so your using all the muscles in your foot or summit like that.
