      @@rasmusfredriksson4040 I don't know the name but I remember practicing that exercise without the bench (even harder) during my football training few years ago and it's a very good exercise for balance and changing of direction

    Great stuff. Guys, don’t forget to warm up the muscles before doing any of these. 5min bike and 5min treadmill run usually get it done.

    Great video. Helps a lot with ACL recovery. I’m 8 months in the recovery process after surgery and this workout has been doing wonder to get back into playing soccer.
    Could I do 10 min bike after the workout to cool down?

    Thank you for the great video. For college players who are in season how often would you do the injury prevention portion? Also, when would you do it? Before or after the training session?

      Very welcome! I’d suggest doing the injury prevention work before training sessions. I always use them as warm up exercises. During season, the injury prevention work is really all you need

      Copenhagen planks are great. Since injuries often comes from weakness, the best way to recover is to strengthening a muscle. Mobility will also help you more than stretching for flexibility.

      I think he mentioned in one of his tiktoks it's best to train without shoes, so your using all the muscles in your foot or summit like that.

    Hi Adonis, thank you for the workout. But I injured my hip from a very sudden movement from a shot put by rotating my outer hip with a lot of force causing for it to hurt. It happened last week and healing but would you wait for it to fully recover because I’ve already started strengthening my hip?

      Don’t play with hip injuries man, if i were you i would let it fully recover. Made that mistake to and it just made it a lot worse. Do recovery exercises!
