    Man you know so many exercises it's impressive, as it's so hard to master a large number of drills I've chosen 4 that i do every day, plus a few minutes of juggling and passing, , but all these drills are very useful for improving technique.

    4/25 update: I’m a college soccer player, and haven’t played soccer since our season ended in October, so on April 1st I got back into soccer by following along with this workout for the last few weeks. Last night was the first night I was able to play a pickup game and I think this workout helped me not be as rusty a LOT. My dribbles DEFINITELY surpassed what I thought I could do 😂 I could maintain a close dribble and retain possession of the ball after being double teamed, or steal the ball and immediately drive forward and beat a defender before making a pass, and in this one instance I was hitting pull-backs, inside cuts, and sole rolls to beat two defenders pressuring me and then using a head fake to act like I was passing to my defender who dropped back before hitting a no look pass to my teammate wide right. Even my defender said it was a crazy possession/pass 😂 and even when I turned the ball over, I was still pulling off technical skills and beating defenders with shot fakes before doing so. But overall I feel like this workout definitely improved my game, and once I get into my summer league and shake off the rust I’ll see just how much this has complemented my skills. But either way, good results!!
    5/9/24 update: final exams have been ongoing so ever since the end of April I haven’t been able to practice or play, but last night I found the time to go to another pickup game and I was FAR better this time. Particularly, I was more frequently and more confidently pulling off skill moves whether that was to take a defender 1 on 1 or to create space away from defenders and pass the ball away to a teammate. I even scored twice! The first goal came when I made a run back behind the defense and my teammate played the ball through the gap and I finished with a tap in. The second goal I beat two defenders, the first one was with a little hesitation and then I flew by him and drove inside before beating another defender with a shot fake that made him stumble a little bit before ripping it in the back of the net. And, as an actual defender in college, my defense was more sharp than last time as well and I was the best 2 way player on the field. Again, very promising results!!!

      Don’t confuse difficulty with complication. You can always make these more “difficult” or challenging by trying to do them faster, keeping your head up while doing them, and also doing them for longer than 60 seconds 👍

    Hey 7MLC I hope you help me on this, but every time I train I don’t get tired inside and my legs are not burning. But I just like don’t feel like running and my legs are just weak. I train in 95 degrees and there was this one time when I was in a soccer game and the whole game I didn’t feel like running even though I was tired
