      Because its bad for your health you can end up with open heart surgery because of this stuff. They dont tell you the lethal dose. You can basically cause a severe immune reaction that can cause blood blots. Unregulated nonsense is bad.

      Yes! Exactly!
      Supposedly DAO and Vitamin C can "dissipate" histamines.
      I'm in a constant state of anaphylactic shock and haven't been able to deplete the excess histamines.

    The probiotics that I was taking was giving me to much lactobacillus causing me to get UTI’s! I felt so off, tired, bloated and I kept having to go to the bathroom. I had no idea what was going on, but my doctor suspected a UTI. My urine culture tests kept coming back greater than 100,000 co/ml for lactobacillus species. The antibiotics weren’t working until my doctor called me to ask if I was taking probiotics and told me to stop taking them.

    Good day, I checked out the Vita Tree PRB probiotics, and they only have 2 strains. I remember listening to another video of yours and seeing "Bifido Bacterium", but it's not in this product. Can you clarify please? I'm looking for probiotics to help remove microplastics, and that's what that video was about. Thank you in advance and kudos for the great informative videos.

    I find plain yoghurt and other fermented foods are better assimilated by our digestive system. I have never had any reason to take pre or probiotics.

      Most yogurts sold do not have probiotics.
      Yogurt is heated and sterilized before it reaches the stores, killing all bacteria.
      Best to get a yogurt making machine and grow your own yogurt.

    Most probiotics supplements are probably a waste of your money if you’re not getting the basics right: eating a high fiber diet (>30 grams of fiber per day), eating lots of fermented foods and getting probiotics from yoghurt and kefir into your microbiome into a daily basis. If you’re already doing that, it probably can’t hurt to introduce some new species into your microbiome if you buy some probiotics supplement from a high quality brand, but most people don’t do these things so then it’s pointless to take a probiotic. It’s like introducing one new species into a natural habitat where most other species have died off.

    In many of your videos you suggest not to take supplements with magnesium stearate and cellulose. Sadly it's almost impossible to find supplements without these fillers. Any suggestions?

      Agree! I stopped taking my vitamin C and multi vitamin because they have magnesium stearate. Now I don’t know what supplements to take. They all have ms

    How come we never hear about this take a prebiotic, so the probiotics will grow on their own? I’ve wondered for a long time why the probiotics need to be replaced every day when they are supposed to grow naturally in our gut.

      Probiotics are killed in us everyday by chemicals we add to city water, corporate food, and dishwasher soap among others. Our ancestors used to eat daily fermented foods replacing daily the missing probiotics.

      You can just make yogurt or fermented milk or fermented foods with probiotics capsule to multiply them,and some natural sugar like fruits and dark chocolate to your yogurt it's also prebiotics

      @@muniaisworthitsome say you want to be carful with fermented if you’ve got candida, or amy meyers says that anyway. Not really sure but doing a lot of fermented certainly did not help candida for me after testing and after having done a lot of fermented dairy.

    One doctor said taking a probiotic off the shelf is like taking a spoonful of sugar and dumping it in the ocean to make it more sugary. It will not help, everyone’s body is different and we all
    Have different eating habits and issues. The best thing to do is eat tons of gut healthy foods.

      That is probably because it hasnt been properly tested yet and so they can not discribe you probiotics at regulated health care.
      But this doesnt mean it doesnt work!
      There is research being done right now and many people claim it has helped them tons

    No, don’t take probiotics unless you know you need them. Test your GI MAP and introducing probiotics should be done slowly. It also should be done selectively, as introducing one bacteria strain may have a bad reaction if you haven’t got the other appropriate bacteria strain to aid with digestion.
    Aimlessly taking probiotics isn’t a good idea as it can mess up your gut health

    Every time I take them I notice that I start spotting after wards is this a side effect or something.or could this be a possibility that they make me bleed . I been on them 3 weeks and the third week every time I take them I started spotting and I stop when I quit taking them and doctors say that would not even be possible but I know it's happening every time I take them

      I bought a cultured food cookbook/recipe book. The recipes for pickles, yogurt and kombucha are delicious, better than the products you buy. I haven't gotten to the beet kvass yet, it's next.

    Do they have to be refrigerated? I’m taking one that contains pre and pro. But since they come in the mail and aren’t refrigerated. Questioning if it’s not a real expensive bottle of dead stuff.

      Magnesium stearate is a filler from the chemical industry that is coated on the supplements so they flow faster through production, more pills per hour. It has never been tested for human consumption. - Team Dr. Janine
