Quiche without onions ... is like a day without sunshine! Also I always use the frozen pie crust, but it must be deep dish to accommodate all the filling' I love the roast beef toasted sandwiches. I always add either Ortega green chilis ... or sauteed green bell peppers with my onions.

I LOVE canned green peas. I had been buying frozen ones for so long but have been trying to stock up on more canned goods and had some peas and I was like I forgot how much better these are. Frozen ones just always have that crunch to them no matter how long I cook them so have gone back to canned peas instead of frozen lol love watching you two cook together. You are so cute.

Only difference I also add; (for the amount you made) a can of beer, a packet of Italian dressing mix (insted of fresh herbs) and whole peppers (juice and all) I usually use a harder type roll or French Bread and Mozzarella Cheese. Some like it grilled some not. My husband likes the bread dipped in the juice with or w/o the meat. We just call it Italian Beef.

Fun fact… I have also never made a quiche and have had that on my to do list forever it seems. Yours looked really good. I usually bake a pie or anything that might be messy on my baking sheet. That way, if anything overflows, it gets caught on the baking sheet and doesn’t make a mess in the oven. You can also buy deep dish pie crust in the freezer section. I always buy the refrigerated ones though… I think they would both work just the same regardless. If you have a bigger pie or something that you think may need more room, get the deep dish one😊😊
