I love love this casserole! I made it last weekend for my kids n grands lunch! My 6 year old granddaughter absolutely loved this. She ate 3 helpings of it and I’m saying big helpings! Then finished off her mom’s lol.

I have been making that squash casserole since I was 17 years old and my mother in law gave me her recipe in 1977. The one thing missing on yours is drizzled melted butter into of the ritz crackers! Paula Dean May claim it but it’s been around long before her!
I am on a low carb lifestyle so…. I plan on making this with parboiled cauliflower florets! Thank for the recipe! It might also work to use cauliflower in the potato salad recipe instead of potatoes! ❤

Hey!! I’ve been doing the jello cool whip pie for years! It’s my kids fav and always a hit during the hot weather. We do strawberry and add chopped fresh strawberries in it and it’s perfection 😊
I made the jello pie for my family's 4th of July party this weekend. Because my nephew and stepfather are diabetic, I used sugar free cool whip and sugar free jello mix. Couldn't find a sugar free graham cracker crust so they just ate a little bit of that. I could only find sugar free strawberry jello, and it turned out so nice! To make it "patriotic" (even though it was pink and not red) I used a sugar free cool whip spray and put small dots across the top with a blueberry on top of each dot. It was really cute and everyone liked it!

It would also take the pressure off (for a first time cookbook) each of them to choose 20 recipes each instead of 60 recipes. Once they have dipped their toes in making a joint cookbook, making one by themselves becomes easier. I love all three of these ladies channels and would be first in line, credit card at the ready, to purchase one of them!! Here's hoping Jessica sees this and convinces each of the others to join in!! For all of us who love these three ladies, we need to drop the idea on their channels so their wheels start spinning!! Super idea!!😊😊

Jess, we are camping for a week along the Mohican River in Loudonville, OH and I was looking for some delicious and easy recipes to prepare!! That jello pie, will be done in Strawberry for my hubby and I so badly want to make the Mac and cheese in the crockpot. Potato salad sure looks great too!! I will add onion because that is how my hubby likes it not me so much but I will try it. I'll put it this way, I love Mac and cheese and he loves potatoe salad. 😊😂. I'm thinking BBQ chicken on our blackstone for one nights meal. Don't know of the others. I'm also going to make a fruit and yogurt pretzel tray on the 4th, you know Blueberries in a bowl and a rows alternating Strawberries and those pretzels. 🎉

We mix jello instant pudding mix with cool whip and put in a graham cracker crust. Chill and top with a dollop of cool whip. We like this with coconut flavored instant pudding and top with coconut.

Wanna amp up that squash casserole? Add blue cheese! UNREAL especially with onions. Also, shredded carrots to enhance the sweetness! YUM YUM YUM!

I almost always sub whipping cream for Cool Whip in most recipes that call for Cool Whip. I also sub melted butter for any oil in baking recipes.
