Facts
The 2 Mummy build is still one of the best starting builds in all of blood bowl I see!
Really tough to face with a 1000TV bash team.
Please do Orcs next!
Could you please do a tier 3 team next? Your thoughts about the new halflings intrigued me quite a bit and I'd love to know how you'd build a team of the little guys.
I want passing zombies dammit!
The four four build is too squishy for my tastes against bashy teams like dwarves. Ghouls are primary targets and you wont be able to protect them.
I hope that they do a Old World Alliance style mix team with the Undead and Necromantic teams so i can have the full monster mash team (Like a box with a sprue from each team).

I still don't see the merit of bringing AV 8+ onto your Undead roster.
Lower AV means more stuns and less opportunities to foul. The zombo's can still rush to get to their to be nominated victim.
I would consider 1-2 skeletons to increase the total speed of the team, yet with MA 3 Mummies, you don't have so much stretch plays now the passing went down on Ghouls.
So I would rather invest in dodge MA 7 Ghouls to get mobility. They Blodge up quickly.
I would invest in a sure hands Ghoul as soon as I can bench him/it.
Great stuff, I'd never thought of the fast running no mummy build, very risky though and I'd expect at least one of those ghouls to get permanently injured in the 1st game without protection.
I'm really interested to see how you'd do orcs. Mr throw seems like a non take for me for certain now.

I have never seen a starting team without 2 mummies. And if I did then I would tell the person sat opposite me to 'check their undead privilege' and do their roster again.

Managed to get an undead team cheap via ebay, so will probably do the 2 mummies build. Seems the most reliable
Hey Jonathan, yeah it really is a power house of a roster!!
On the 1 Mummy build, perhaps sacrifice the 1 Zombleton on the bench in favour of 5 dedicated fans to max out gold gen and get that last Mummy as fast as possible? You'd have 10k left over after maxing your fans towards the Mummy, and after you get it you could save up for a fourth Ghoul or a fourth Reroll, probably faster than the 2 Mummy build would reach either of those. At least, it seems to work in my head, haven't tried it on the pitch yet.

Never played an undead team and mummies are awesome, but I kinda like the 1 mummy build.
The Two Mummy build is normally an instant take... buuuuut the Mono Mummy build gives you a *lot* of team!
at what point will I want a 3rd ghoul, please? just trying to work out whether to buy 2 boxes of these guys or not, or whether to get one and add to it later.

Anyone got a good step by step guide on how to do a Conversion using GW sprues to make BB Starplayer - Zolcath the Zoat ? GW Dragon ogres or the zoat from Blackstone Fortress 'maybe' a good starting point I dunno. Interesting guide btw
