    I think personally I would add a little bit of cinnamon to the sugar mixture, but not too much. A light sprinkling of nutmeg would also hit the spot. ✌️
    Alternatively, making a very thin sugar icing would be nice too. 🤗
    You could also fill the large end with a bit of jam, custard, or various other filling if you desired. 👍

      I used to bake doughnuts in an oven that was preheated to 175 degrees for about 12 minutes~
      Depending on the oven specification, there may be a difference in baking time and temperature, so please adjust it while looking at the condition~

    건식 찹쌀로 대체해서
    반죽기로 반죽했는데
    수분률이 부족했어요
    반죽이 딱딱하길래
    물50g 추가해서 다시
    반죽했어요^^

    혹시 발효시킬때 실온으로 적혀있는 부분아니면 냉장보관으로 해야하나요??

      발효는 27~29도 정도의 따뜻한 곳에서 해주시면 됩니다~
      오븐에 발효기능이 있다면 사용하셔도 좋고 오븐 안에 뜨거운 물과 함께 넣어두어도 좋고 50도 정도의 따뜻한 물 위에 올려 발효해도 좋답니다~^^

      Can I use corn starch? In my country I cant easily fond tapioca or glutinous rice flour

      @@Just._.ordinary._.me. yes, you can use it. You can use starch made out from rice, corn, potato... You need the starch or, I guess, some soft/light flour. The taste is so soft you won't even notice the difference.

      다른 가루로는 만들어 보지 않아 잘 모르겠네요~ㅠㅠ
      가루에 따라 다른 재료의 비율도 달라 지고 맛과 식감도 달라질 수 있을 것 같아요~

    튀기고 어느정도 식힌 후 설탕 묻히시나요? 따뜻한 상태에서 설탕을 묻히면 설탕이 금방 스며드는 것 같아서요ㅠㅠ

      따로 식히지는 않고 따뜻할때 바로 묻혔어요~
      설탕이 포슬포슬 묻게 하시고 싶으시면 조금 식힌 뒤 드시기전 묻혀 드셔도 좋을 것 같아요~

    타피오카 전분이 없어서 그것만 빼고 다른건 다 정확히 개량해서 넣었는데 반죽이 너무 질게 나옵니다ㅠㅠ 밀가루 200g 너무 적은거 같은데요 ㅠㅠ

      If you add cornstarch, I don't think it will be chewy.
      You can also use glutinous rice flour~
