    Recently, Korea's Twisted Donut(Kkwabaegi donut) was ranked 4th among the world's best donuts by Taste Atlas, a global gourmet expert guide!
    I'm really proud that twisted Donut(Kkwabaegi donut) came in 4th place, beating out many other famous donuts.
    So today, I’m going to share a twisted donut recipe that I’ve been making and enjoying for a long time!
    This is a twisted Donut(Kkwabaegi donut) with a much chewier taste thanks to the addition of glutinous rice powder. It's really...really delicious. 👍👍
    Needless to say, freshly fried twisted Donut are delicious, but they are also delicious because they are fluffy and not hard even if you eat them the next day.
    Of course, it will be less than eating it the same day you made it! However, it is still very delicious even if you slightly fry it in the air fryer the next day. 😊
    I always make and eat twisted Donut using this recipe. It’s really delicious, so be sure to make it!!

    ◆ Glutinous rice twisted Donut ◆
    ▶ Ingredients ◀ Enough for 10 twisted Donut
    ✏ Donut dough
    95g milk
    50g water
    55g eggs ( 1 large egg )
    50g melted unsalted butter
    60g sugar
    6g salt
    6g dry yeast
    240g bread flour
    65g dry glutinous rice powder
    ✏ Other
    A little sugar and cinnamon powder for topping
    ◼ Storage method ◼
    - I recommend eating it the same day you make it!
    If you want to eat any leftovers the next day, store them in an airtight container at room temperature, heat them in an air fryer at 150°C for about 3 minutes, and cover them with sugar to make them delicious.

    Salt stops the yeast. If you want a fluffy dough, no salt added; just use salted butter only. You can stuff this dough with other things to make Pirashki; Roll open , stuff with custard cream or fried shredded cabbage or (fry onion, ground beef, spices, cheese), roll close to oval shape, fry to make best pirashki.💖💖☮☮

      구하기 쉬운 건식 찹쌀가루를 이용해서 만든거라 습식 찹쌀가루는 직접 테스트 해보지 않아서 정확히 말씀드리기가 어려워요. 일단 우유 15g, 물 15g 정도를 줄여서 넣어주신 후에 반죽의 되기를 보면서 조금씩 추가해주며 반죽해주시는게 좋을 것 같습니다. ^^

      반족기로도 가능합니다. 레시피의 재료를 반죽기에 모두 넣고 1분가량 저속으로 돌린뒤에 중속으로 글루텐이 잡힐때까지 반죽해주시고 바로 1차 발효 해주시면 됩니다. 반죽기로 하실땐 영상 속 폴딩하는 과정을 생략하시면 돼요. 😊

      재료다넣고 믹싱보울이랑 손에 안묻어나고 매끈해지면 됩니다 그리고 재료는 차갑게 넣으세요 손반죽하려면 차가운재료는 빡세기도 하고 여름아니고서야 온도가 잘안오르니 실온재료로 해도되지만 기계로치대면 열이올라서 오일재료 반죽에서 다녹아나옵니다 차가운 버터 차가운 우유 물대신 얼음 넣어서 해보세요 두배부풀면 꺼내서 모양잡고 다시 두배되면 튀기고

    왜 저는 1차폴딩때 님처럼 똑같이 따라해도 반죽이 엄청 진편이예요 ㅠ 식빵을 몆번을 실패했는지 이스트 문제인가 싶어서 매번 유통기한 확인하고 꼭 냉장확인하고 발효도 오븐발효시키는데 뭐가 문제인지 계량도 나름 정확하게 지키는데.. 왜케 반죽이 진편인지.. 이게 글루텐 형성이 안되서 그런거라는데
