- It’s a difficult week at Ashville as we used to have 2 loadings shovels, we went down to one and now we have none.
In the new yard we are done with the switch, we are now laying pipe and will start at the tip, and they say pressure is for tyres, but we don’t have a compressor and the pressure continues to mount as this video is not coming out due to copyright issues!

All Fathers gathered here this morning, Happy Father's day. this world is better place because you are in it
Respect mate some people needed to see this on this fine Sunday morning good things will come to you
Well said mate
Well said sir
Hitler had a dad, I’d argue the world was worse because of him

30:40 - From that moment onwards, you can see, raw, why Daniel and the Asheville Group have had the success they have. The man leads from the front and goes hard! More power to you and your team and this is a marvelous brand building moment. If you're willing to hurt this much to make a video work, how much more care is there when doing any of the other things in the business. Well done!
+💯
Simon is such a great example of a model employee who knows the job inside out 👏
Did I miss an episode where the tyre fitter got younger 😂😂😂
My exact thought 😢😂
How strange 😀
They brought in a 3rd party due to the compressor being faulty. So Benjie should hopefully still be around 😶🌫️
I saw the third party tyre fitter earlier in the video but the Ashville tyre technician is definitely not the original guy.
@@jonathancost4927 after seeing the whole series looks like Benji has moved on. As the fitter cleaning and setting up the van is a different person. 🫡
Well done Daniel, you have a great attitude and aptitude. I would really miss even one episode but I would never think of unsubscribing because you were unable to broadcast for any reason. Love this channel and content.❤
Well done SIR, you are a true inspiration for the working class. You are one of the TRUE heroes of society.
Good to see Simon in the weighbridge. Been a long time.
There is no general exemption for parking on single yellow lines during a bank holiday, unless a sign near the single yellow lines clearly states, “exempt bank holidays”. So, always check nearby signs before parking
Lol that's not correct, multiple council websites;
Kensington;
"Single yellow line restrictions
Single yellow line waiting restrictions:
do not apply on bank holidays and public holidays, unless the vehicle is causing an obstruction to the flow of traffic-"
Westminster for May bank holiday;
"Paid for Parking and single yellow lines
No controls apply (free parking)"
Hello everyone 👋 the new tyre tech here glad to be apart of the team🫡
Nice to see everyone loving the van, having a clean organised workspace is the most optimal working environment for me, can’t have a nice shiny compressor in the van and not clean it … ( also yes my bad with the safety boots, just got back from a Tesco meal deal trip for lunch and was surprised by a camera upon arrival 😶 forgot to do the wardrobe change whoops but I do have some lovely steel toes to protect me from that 14lb sledge ) 26:34
Welcome mate
Where’s the old tyre tech?
Benji left
@@Fast_car1000any idea why?
@@jameshancock18 either he left or he was one of the employees Daniel mentioned not wanting to come to work. We will never know why though.
@@cosmosteve1 Maybe because he didn't have an air compressor after 2 days of not fixing the compressor you break out your wallet and spend the 1500 pounds and buy a new one.
@@rwarren4757 They dont even cost that much, more around £5-700 for one that size. But they could have hired one for less than a owner a week
Great to see the new tyre fitter taking such pride in his work environment. He and his partner look to have done a wonderful job with the van!
The last 8min of this video spoke to me more than all 190 episodes before it. I needed that encouragement, thank you.
Chuffed to see Simon “the accountant” 🤣 been ages 👌🏻
It’s Father’s Day, and I’m in my house watching Ashville
fascinating. Thank you for that
I'm proud of you, Daniel. I've been following you since day 1 and will forever be a fan. ❤
W
I love the chats with Michael O’donovan he’s a character 😅
💯💯
I've had the pleasure of working with guys from the Emerald Isle since Aug 1960. When I gate crashed the Irish Embassy in Cairo, the huge African guard introduced me by name. The Irish Ambassador remarked my name was not Irish, I replied no Welsh, Are your mother must be Irish. I replied no Welsh, but I've been working with the Irish since 1960, he held his hand out and said Welcome.
What happened with the other tyre fitter 🤷🏻♂️
Was thinking the same thing
Was thinking the same, seemed like a good dude.
Yea, where is he?
I was just wondering the same

mate, i dont know you, never met you but what an inspiration you are with an amazing work ethic. long may it continue and your company grow. 💪

Morning Daniel, Sending Good Luck wishes for a smooth transition of Yards. Nice seeing Simon in the Weight Bridge again-to use your words “A model employee”. It’s sad that Benji the Tyre-fitter left, but Welcome to his replacement. Daniel, you are so very much appreciated. And, long live Ashville! Take Care😊❤ P.S. To those with Fathers in Heaven ❤
when daniel was on about scrap yard that reminds me of when i was like 5 or 6 and my dad used to go the scrap yard to get parts for his vans like wiper motors or light covers etc XD
Is that a new tyre man 😮
What happened to the other tyre man? Has he left?😕
There was a guy briefly before him also I think
You read my mind. 😊
no, pretty sure he's still there but their compressor is down waiting for parts, I don't get it at this point I would have gone and gotten a new compressor, the young guy at the beginning is a 3rd party company they had to bring in the young guy later is the other tire guy. he has been talking about it for the last 2-3 episodes
@@johnflynn6140 Thanks, that's good then, I like that fella he'sa proper grafter. I do confess to having some catching up to do to be fair.
@@johnflynn6140 Benji the tyre guy is gone, has been gone for a few months. It appears Daniel is the new replacement.
A like 👍🏻 for Daniel putting the extra hours to get the video out 👍🏻👍🏻
Really sad to see daniel break down but it puts in perspective how hard it is the manage a run a business, giving you all our support Daniel and praying for you to get stronger to deal with any future hurdles, the TH-cam ashville family is here for you .
Daniel you have a lot of patience with HMRC. It’s been over 6 months now. This scenario could and probably has been the difference between a company staying a float and a company going through. Patience of a saint! Keep your head up and keep marching. 🙏🏻
My builder got a £500 fine for not declaring the exact income he had earned 5 years earlier. It's really unfair when multi millionaires can get away with tax dodging.
@@Stanley-fy3egThat's not relevant here though.
Nico Leonard mentioned you on his last uncut video and made me realize i did not complete yesterdays video ❤
Daniel I enjoy each of your videos. Hard work and determination you’ve got that. USA in Conway, Arkansas
As a video editor I feel you pain 30:40. Big up Daniel for persevering.
Wonder where the other tyer fitter gone
I thought the same….
Explanation Daniel please
A real insight into you as a man, describing why you put so much effort into producing content each week . Great work .
Appreciate your efforts to get ep189 out on time Daniel. I'd have never known there were problems.
BTW - make sure Network Rail have 'rehearsed' the S&C on their side of the boundary into your new yard. If they haven't been used for many years they'll be tighter than an HMRC official dishing out VAT returns. They'll almost certainly need some TLC from their maintenance to coax them into operation for the first few throws. They won't want to be trying to do that during normal branch operating days.
This morning watched weekly 191 and you’re doing well… proud and respect to you👍🏽..
I like the edit. I like seeing the perspective of the employees and what they do. The new wheel guy taking ownership of his workspace is absolutely brilliant. He’s a keeper. Great work!
7:59 never thought I’d see Daniel drive past my house 😮 wish I saw
Hats off to the new tyre tech! Love a man who takes pride in his workplace 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Hello all it's Ashville weekly time. Happy fathers day. 🎉
Happy father day everyone
Big respect man. Showing me another level to hold myself to a higher standard.
All the hard work to put out the videos is really appreciated!!!
INSPIRATION AND A ROLE MODEL !!! 💪💪💪
New tyre guy is a top bloke he takes pride in his work 👍.
Thanks for all your hard work and perseverance team Ashville and especially Daniel
I love Simon’s little office so clean and tidy looks a peaceful place
An idea for the new yard, if you're struggling for power and worried about the generator cutting out abruptly, install a couple of large batteries which would allow you to at least save work, saving your computers from a heart attack.
New tyre tech, already showing pride in his work ✔️👌👌
Thank you for taking the time to make sure that video went out, everyone who's heard of Ashville thinks they are awesome!
Daniel, I'm proud of you and all your amazing staff 👍🏽👍🏽Also, I love the way you always show Michael O'Donovan as the 'Ready Brek' guy with the glowing outline around his body 🌟
Love watching this channel.. Man Daniel Works Hard.... inspirational...never give in.
Amazing vlog, glad Daniel took my advice on showing us how it's all done in the yard with different post such as tipper drivers, the weighing office etc, still waiting for a full length video of "A day in the life of Teza aka Mr. ASHVILLE OPPS" but we all know that is a separate video🤣🤣🤣
New tyre fitter getting the van up to his standards is what great countries and great companies are built on.
You can do more than the bare minimum
Watching from Kenya 🇰🇪🇰🇪
Absolute LEGEND bruv mad respect for smiling through the grind it takes a different breed of man who is cut from a cloth no longer in production.
You should get uninterruptible power supply for the computers. If the power goes out... you have a few hours of backup before they go offline.
Copystrike on youtube is weird when it comes to music, people get it even if they own/created it themselves. So you are not alone in this.
Daniel, the small yellow lines on the pavement going the other way mean no parking at anytime. Great video, happy Father’s Day 😁
Im glad you came to your senses Daniel and bought new compressor for the Van.The Big silent compressor you bought over a year ago thats just sitting in the yard would be great for the new workshop going up in the new yard.
Keep being you Daniel. One foot in front of the other. FORWARD!
Another amazing episode. Looking forward to the next one. Thanks for sharing Daniel. Great to see the tyre fitter taking pride in his work.
Every week you add some fuel to my little entrepreneur fire. Thank you for the honesty, transparency and vulnerability. Being true shows us that it isn't just glorious but that we will face difficulties.
What happened to the old tyer fitter.... Another worker bites the dust
I really admire that you seem to have been able to hire and maintain a really good group of people. It is rare these days for staff and management to both feel good about their work.
Big up Tarandeep….great to see a drivers POV 👑
Happy Fathers Day to the fathers who watch this. I love Michael O’Donovan he is hilarious, what a lovely friendship
Absolutely love the passion that Daniel has for everything he does. Shame the company only has 1 review on Glassdoor but based on how people are on these videos, looks like a great place to work with great colleagues as well. (i'm not after a job lol).
Your simply the best I love watching your content your a true grafter😊
Fantastic work as always, Dan. The content and the minor details are what makes your channel stand out. Keep being awesome!
Invest in vertical elements like fule pump , air compressor water pump, cement pump. Keep 2 units that you will have redundancy
Hi all it's Ashville weekly time. Happy fathers day everyone
Wonderful presentation as usual, worth my Sunday morning schedule
Keep strong brother,we all appreciate what you’re doing (ASHEVILLE)
Dan... Good that you always bring solutions to problems. The sign of a good responsible boss.
What happened to the previous tyre fitter???
Yh , forgotten his name

Well done on being able to adapt to overcome the issue with the video upload. This is why you are winning, IGNORE the negative people!!!! Keep up the great work.
Thank you Daniel (and the team) for your unwavering commitment to this channel. I look forward to waking up to a new Ashville Weekly video every Sunday, as do hundreds of thousands of others!

I don’t comment on videos often ( twice in 5 years!!) but Well done Daniel… you have my and I sure lots of other subscribers complete 100% admiration…. Fair play Dan, the mental resilience to balance all these endeavours is incredible, your fortitude to continue to push forward in the face of all these challenges is inspiring. Big respect to the trye fitter doing that work at home with his partner that’s solid commitment and a real asset to your team. Keep going mate thanks so much for documenting and sharing the journey
Great video as always Daniel, you should be proud of yourself as I know your mum is, I think it maybe worth making space in the new yard for a self contained emergency overnight living pod for yourself possibly like a glamping pod...
Salute Ashville From South Africa..
As a professional tinter of 25 years, good effort 👍🏼👍🏼. Any water bubbles that appear , and they will using that squeegee, will disappear so don’t worry .. you can file the edge once it’s properly dried ( use a very fine file) to get a smoother edge too. As a tip, dont use silver 20% film as that is, get a dual reflective, so it has a slightly mirrored effect from the outside in , but just a neutral colour from the inside out so you don’t get reflective mirror look at night . It’ll still reduce the heat the same, same amount of privacy , is no darker , but looks much better 👍🏼👍🏼.
Love the vids , planning my own wide beam for 2027 proper retirement. Keep up the great work.
This has been a very philosophical, and somewhat motivating video this week 😃
FORWARD FOR THE GLORY OF ASHVILLE!!!!

Your video is a real stress reliever for me. At thimes, when i am very much tensed and stressed i will play the video and keep the phone beside my bed. I listens to it and I fall asleep.

The video was great, this week it really shows how much heart and soul, blood and tears that the entire team put into it. There is some amazing entrepreneur advice in this video towards the end. Leading by example as always Daniel, keep it up man your dedication does not go unnoticed!
Never rains except when it pours hope that 189 got sorted so you could make some money from it love watching all the content
We'll miss Benji. Hope he's ok
Whats happened to him?
@@gardenogauge With his age, it was becoming difficult to keep up with such a demanding job.
if you want to protect your computers even if you do get a proper grid connection get some UPS's Uninterruptible Power Supply's there a variety of options.
on the low end they give you 5-10 mins to save and shut down.
on the high end a good hour to finish up and then shut down.
and the professional end there are larger single units that can provide for multiple computers for a few hours depending on power draw.
I like the extended run APC series, although even to even to run my home system for 30 minutes is 65kg of unit. Also you'd be looking at several thousand to provide UPS backup for a whole office.
Just keep going big man. It is on times like this that we are defined. Everything always works out how it’s meant to in the end. Keep the faith brother. 👊👊
