Hi, if the cut lines were printed instead of cut it is likely that they were not setup correctly in your design file. You need to make sure you use a spot colour named CutContour for the cut information and export as .pdf or .eps. The cut line should show as a moving dashed red line in VersaWorks. Hope that helps!
In terms of cutting for contour cut stickers perforated, what blade should I be using and how should it be setup? Complete newbie with an SP300V so would need detailed instructions if possible please?

Hiya Mark, They are: CutContour, RDG_WHITE (white ink), RDG_GLOSS (clear ink for UV) and RDG_MetallicSilver (eco solvent metallic ink). You can add them from the VersaWorks programme files!
Will the perf cuts damage the machine surface below- create a groove in the cutting strip? Do you recommend protecting the strip somehow?
Will This be only of use for stickers or for art prints as well? Or what is your recommendation for Art Print cuts? I have SG3-300

check to make sure you named it properly PerfCutContour AND stroke should be 0.25
