i want to be able to perf cut a laminated signs. 80gf is not enough force to go throught the lam and the vinyl. why doesnt roland allow pressures above 80gf?
It depends what application you're using. VersaWorks isn't a design application. Illustrator is a design application. Watch "Creating a Cut Path Using Adobe Illustrator".

I just want to cut since my vinyl is white, should I still print and cut? I tried just cut and nothing happened.

I think it depends on the printer. You'd want to look at the manual of the printer.
