Hello, what a great video. I had an question and I’m not too sure if you answered it in this video but I figured I ask directly. I’m very new to this world but I have a BN-20 and when I do a job in adobe illustrator the image of the text is one color (navy blue) and when I up load it to versa works it shows a different color (royal blue) on the screen and it also prints royal blue as well. How do I fix this issue I’m having? Oh and one more thing, it kinda does the same thing when I up load a photo of a picture but instead it’s uploads very dark. Would you be able to let me know why? Your help would be greatly appreciated, thanks for your time and knowledge!
