What a struggle thank you for sharing
Enjoy all your videos. Learn something with all your videos.
Have yourself a great 4th of July to everybody who reads this🎉🎉🎉🎉
Thanks, and I hope you have a great 4th as well.
Battery shut offs on all of my old tractors are a good idea. Struggle bus on your project here is certainly true.
Well we are four to the seat on the ole S.
bus today!!!
Have a great 4th, thanks for sharing, I will see you later.
Ross, I really enjoy your Utube because you do what your going to have to do, short cuts are a pain in the butt some time, but that the way life is. keep up the good work. See you in your next Utube.
Well. Ya made a mess out of that one… no turning back now!😂
The oil pan definitely is not going to give up easily. I imagine the pans were typically done with the engine removed from the tractor...which could be more sadness (and animal sounds LOL). Not a bad plan to do the steering box, etc.
Nice video Ross. Isn't it always the case, you go to fix one issue and three more pop up. But better to fix them all now instead of having to tear it all apart later. Thank you for sharing. Oh and have a great 4th.
Oh yes do it right while you are there. Seal the steering cylinder. The radiator probably needs the top tank resealed as well. Make it better!
Wabble sockets are wonderful
My dad once told me when using an adjustable wrench or visegrips, always put the moveable jaw the way you are turning. I see you seldom do that. Just preference?
If you haven't sent the tractor back to the owner yet, verify the the alternator is charging the batteries. ... I bought a lawn mower that kept quitting about half way through like it was out of fuel. Eventually I figured out the battery was not charging due to a half melted connector.
What a struggle!
Good video as always . Hope you make the 10000 sub soon . Your one of only a few that I regularly watch that is hard to believe you don't have thousands more . Your videos are always entertaining, knowledgeable, and of good quality. You put out a video almost every day that will teach a person something and make them laugh at the same time . Anyway happy 4 th of July.
Good video Ross
Sweet bud
Yep, its always something. Congratulations on nearing the 10k mark!

Definitely a struggle there Ross
Nice video Ross
Usually my problem also, too big of meat hooks.😊
Ah, the ol' struggle bus. I recognize it well. Just think, if everything went well how boring it would be. Maybe
Perkins engine should be easy to find an oil pan for. 510 Massey Ferguson combine had same engine
Flashlight.... you must love us viewers to do so much for us.... awww arent we special ones...
HI ROSS 😊😊 if that out pan isn't that bad it still be fixed after cleaned out good U can weld the inside and the outside of the oil pan 😊😊 OMG 7 3 2O24
The struggle bus line also has a hourly route stop here. We are dealing with some expensive belts that were new not long before the equipment was park years ago. They still look good but they have shrunk. Here is our motto "Lass die Bastarde nicht gewinnen"

Ross says “Son of a Knutson”. Ross, was Knutson your enemy or what ?
Any idea where I can find a radiator for an 1850? Or should I just do a recore on the old one.
I have some of the same issue with close openings getting my thick arms and hands into. I would have to remove the radiator and power steering pump. Good luck with the rest of the repair, I hope all goes well for you. Have a good day!
Nothing is simple to repair!!
Are you sure you are on the right train on the right track? Maybe you are, but it may be going in the wrong direction. 😮
