Before my grandparents made sure at every family gathering we bring our instruments and our voices! but nowadays a'ole, we all lost touch after my tutu's passed away. Now there's no family gatherings until somebody in the family dies, then the after party, but it's short-lived everybody go there separate ways until somebody else in the family dies!

I’m so envy them. Whenever they get together for a party or something, there’s a Hawaiian music and dancers. Beautiful culture. I miss that!!
