City won't let you cut them but probably also won't help you out if they fall on your house🤷‍♂️

Buckin' you and this channel have been an inspiration to me. I have been dragging my feet down the wrong path in my life, quite miserably too. I will start a new job as of tomorrow, working with trees. I love being outside and am quite excited although it has been very hard to change what I am doing after so long. Thanks for all of the great videos and insight into life and for the positivity you share. You share the good life and I am grateful to you, and your followers for it.

I have that same Echo Tree Trimmers saw and absolutely LOVE IT!!!
It is one of my favorite "go to saws" for light work, and sometimes HEAVY WORK, around on my farm.
I have cut up some 22" trees that fell across my logging roads.
This saw stays in my Kubota RTV 1140X side by side ALL THE TIME.
It has never failed to start for me, and even with the lightweight chain it is one cutting beast!

For that quick shot of the one bee flying by and my experience with bees I'm fairly confident in saying those were a type of bumblebee and not any breed of honeybee. Especially since they were hived in one of those small bird houses. The can be much more aggressive and unfortunately they can sting you over and over unlike the honeybee! Keep up the good work brother,

Some sub species of honey bees are docile, some aren't. If they're the former, you can move slowly and deliberately. Never wave your arms around even if they land on you and they'll let you pass. However if they are a more aggressive bee or sometimes even if the weather is wrong. It doesn't matter, they'll get ya, it's a judgment call. Been around a lot of bees.

spikes in a prune tree? I would really like your input on spiking up a tree you plan to keep.

I was just thinking the same thing you cant be certified in the states and use spikes to prune. Big fine!!

He did a video on it a while ago saying it doesn’t damage the trees all that much especially in big firs. I don’t agree with that however. For how great buckin is I just don’t think he’s comfortable climbing ropes.

Bucking why are you pruning with spurs on. You have a following of people that take your word for gospel and will think that it is alright to spur on none removals. I understand that you have years of experience but you must know that it is not right

I remember seeing one of his videos about spurring up firs. I believe he thinks it doesn’t damage the tree. He went back to a job a couple heats later to show how the spur marks healed up. I completely disagree however the harm has less of an impact on these big firs. Billy if one of the best climbers that I’ve learned from with regards to spur climbing and saw work but I dont think he’s comfortable with rope climbing.
