INGREDIENTS
¼ cup of hot water
¼ cup of cane sugar
¼ cup of instant coffee (must be instant)
½ cup of oat milk
¼ cup of ice
DIRECTIONS
1. Add the following ingredients to your BlendJet: hot water, cane sugar, and instant coffee (must be instant coffee). Blend for 2 to 3 cycles, until light and fluffy.
2. Pour over iced plant-based milk, and serve!

Hot water? What temperature? As long as it's not 120
Just keep it under 120° F and you're good!
Can you use regular sugar instead of cane sugar or is cane sugar really needed?
You can use whichever sugar you prefer!

Absolutely!
I thought we weren't supposed to use hot water in this blender, but this recipe says to put 1/4 hot water... on the website, it says "We do not recommend putting hot liquids that are over 120° F / 49°C into the BlendJet, as this may cause damage, including leaks, to the jar and base."
You can put in water that is under 120°F
