You will see several clips of VPD's K-9 (police dog) units, including the newest Chevrolet Tahoes! Additionally, there are multiple clips of Dodge Charger and Ford Interceptor Utility (Explorer) patrol units racing to different emergency calls. @@TGGGlobalEmergencyResponses NP! And I’ll make more videos in Richmond!
Awesome video! Loved it!
Thank you! 🙂
Those sirens are music to my ears!
Same 😁
Good video, some great charger shots hauling ass
Great catches of the K9s!
Is it just me or is the clip at 3:45 messed up?
@@Remi763What’s messed up about it?
@@TGGGlobalEmergencyResponses Resolution
@@Remi763 I think my iPhone didn’t automatically switch lenses when I took this, but all of these clips are filmed with an iPhone, so the quality isn’t great.
@ 4:31 that is an awesome lightbar pattern. Glad to see Vancouver being innovative with their federal signal products.
To be honest with you that flash pattern should not be used during a code 3 response. It might be suitable for on scene lighting, but it is not nearly noticeable enough while driving at high speeds. A safety hazard if you ask me.
What happened in the first scene? Traffic accident or something?
Protest. Protesters were occupying the middle of a busy road, refusing to leave.
DAMN, some were hauling
Yep, they don’t waste any time!
0:57 that rumbler phaser sounded like an NYPD siren
It’s the same siren that NYPD use.
Cool!
1:55 that siren is very rare! I have a video on my channel too!
Its interesting to see, of all the amazing emergency lighting packages they put on all their different type of patrol vehicle....none have spotlights.
It really depends on the department. VPD don’t seem to have a need for them. On the other hand the Valor light-bar (most commonly used by VPD) has very effective scene lighting options that can illuminate a whole street with white light.
good clip, hope you will come to Vietnam and shoot the clip one more time
Thank you! Yes I really want to go back to Vietnam
Explorer using lapd valor sequence
0:48 Bro its nypd but in vancouver they have the NYPD Siren
Yes they do haha
I’m really gonna miss the z3 when it’s completely phased out
Me too… My favorite siren 🙁
@@TGGGlobalEmergencyResponses Wait what? No more Z3? What siren did they change to?
@@Chumpy_1 You can hear it in half of the clips in this video… 😆
@@TGGGlobalEmergencyResponses What siren do they use now?
@@Chumpy_1 I’m not sure what the exact model is or anything like that (there’s a few new ones that they are using now from what I understand). One of them should be the Federal Signal Smart Siren (like NYPD).
Nice!!
Unmarked Chevy Tahoe I really like
what was going on in first clip.nice timur
There was a protest. They were blocking the intersection and refusing to move.
I am going there in September. Can't wait to see them in real life. They look so much better than our Dutch ones.
Awesome! If you’re gonna be downtown you should see and hear them in action haha
Hope you have a great time!
To be honest, I really do prefer the old light setup and siren over the new one, like at 4:33. To me, it's a classic combo for VPD with the older sets. Although, I am happy they kept the rumbler and Hi-Lo 😊. Those will never get old. And the lights on the 3rd clip, 1:40 are pretty cool!
Edit: just found out the old siren is called the Z3. Is the full name Federal Signal Z3? I really love that old siren
And what kind of siren is that at 9:50?
The old siren is the Code 3 Z3. The one in the last clip is a Federal Signal Pathfinder as far as I know.
@TGGGlobalEmergencyResponses Oh ok. Thanks!
@@TGGGlobalEmergencyResponses - yes, VPD moved from the Code3 Z3 siren to the FedSig Pathfinder (PF200) a few years ago.
4:58 so are they switching to SoundOff now?
Yes, some of the newer SUVs are getting different light-bars now and there’s less and less of the older Code 3 sirens now.
@@TGGGlobalEmergencyResponses - they have about 10 cars with Sound Off, just due to an upfitting bid being won on by a Sound Off dealer who low-bid a contract and a loose bid specification. The rest of their cars are FedSig. Some of their prisoner vans use Whelen lights but FS Pathfinder controllers.
@@sigmasafety Ok. Good to know. Thanks!
Great catch man, was that Ford at 8:55?
Thank you! Yes I think so.
Should be a Ford 150
ngl I actually live in Vancouver
In my personal opinion the code z3 is better then the new federal signal simply because of how loud it is, even the rumbler with it is louder but it just probably me
I totally agree. The Code 3 Z3 is a way better siren and is unbeatable in combination with the Rumbler.
Well the pathfinder has a phaser and the z3 has a siren speeder
2nd one with a rumbler-phaser
7:13 Looks like a uniformed soldier in that Nissan Rogue!
I think it was.
Car 3 using rumbler-hi low siren
Hard to find out what siren they use (talking about the old one) it’s the Z3 but they don’t use hyperyelp so I’m really confused
It’s the Code 3 Z3. Not sure what you’re confused about.
Do Vancouver BC take there Pd car home
No
Car 6 using rumbler-phaser again
Are most k9 vehicles in Canada allowed to run unmarked
It’s the choice of the police department.
In vancouver the tahoes are gang enforcement and they are allowed to run unmarked
Car 11 howler-phaser
8:26 acho que esta repetindo!
at 1:18 is that a code-z3 siren?
Yes, the VPD commonly use the Z3, but have started to phase it out over the last few years.
Nice.@@TGGGlobalEmergencyResponses
It’s a rumbler-hi low siren
Car 10 using phaser
Go to the russia
You can tell cop cars had only gotten darker, more intimidating because society has become more black, complex and evil
