The tactical attachment used to be called the "Tac bullet" You were able to fire multiple darts at multiple enemies, then activate all the darts simultaneously with a key, and down everyone you shot. I think the tactical attachment is just a hold-over from that. Devs probably thought it was too cool to cut completely, but including it was ultimately pointless.
Actually black in night Operations, at least in the wild, would also make you stand out a lot Dark blue would be the color to go But i guess whoever made crysis really liked Gantz
Should be said the reason the North Korean are the guys are the baddies here even tho its implausible as hell.. is because they were ORIGINALY supposed to be Chinese troops which makes alot more sense considering the reach and the whole "developed a shittier stealth suit" thing.
@@prehistorichero2755 Because tensions with North Korea was high in 2007 as they had succesfully tested their first nuclear bomb in 2006, and with the setting of the game on an island in the Phillipines sea "Futuristic North Korea" was the only state actor that made (kinda) sense to replace the Chinese with.
You can take out helis without rpg, shoot the back rotor or the fuel pods on the side. If you hit the back of heli with 1 rocket it will down it as well.
Also you can switch shotgun mode to choke so it hits aliens way harder. You can also grab one of the Troopers and use it as a shield or punch it on strength and throw it into enemies. Also you should decloak before firing, it's really not that difficult. I usually use wheel but you can double tap S too. I completed the game 7+ on delta and I think I had way more fun than you, I think you should play on easy or medium and learn some tactics so you don't suck on hard and get frustrated. Especially on the levels you didn't like I had a lot of fun.
I actually liked the SMG. But the Scar is easily the best weapon. I think you were a little harsh on the game overall, especially the story and the 2nd half of the game. But really enjoyed your video on it all the same.
@@jiri6691 It's just a backstory to glue together badass sci-fi shooter moments and to take a break to drink something before throwing fire barrels on strength into Koreans. It should be treated more like a script of Rambo, the real story is how you complete the levels. The game was basically just hastily done new engine demo, this also explains strange moments and mechanics that were more like a showcase/test. Warhead is way better and more polished game.

I think you are too harsh to the story tho. Some moments make no sense or are cheesy (suicide general) but definitelly still a great story
