  • Learn variations and different positions and techniques with Alternate Nostril Breathing Techniques, how to use this for meditation, morning warmup, energizing and calming the mind and body. Learn the benefits of alternate nostril breathing as well. This exercise is more in line with traditional yoga breathing than other Feldenkrais Method lessons.
    Great way to start the day to fill your tank with more energy and steady your nervous system.
    Alternate Nostril Breathing can be a very stabilizing practice for mental and emotional stability. Do this in moderation, especially if you have difficulty or blockages in one or both nostrils. You may need some other approaches to help open your sinuses, including massage, diet, and cleansing.
