Thank you for this low to the ground practice. Beginning crossed legged is my cats favorite pose! She became bored when we stretched long out in front of our crossed legs and slipped out to wander. When we laid back and stretched our legs out, little Sonja heard you say, “savasana” she came slinking up onto my chest for the best part of yoga. Thank you, Paula. We are so glad to share our morning with you.
Paula thank you. You are a miracle worker. I am starting my New Year’s resolution early to spend 30 minutes a day with you. In doing so I believe I will improve my back health.
So nice of you to share these videos. I work in daycare and twisted my back about 5 weeks ago and haven't been able to do any exercise. My back is just starting to feel better and these yoga moves are just the thing I need to start moving my back in the right way. They make me feel great and I can feel my back opening up rather than in spasms like its been. Thank you xxx

Thank you dear Paula. For making me feel stonger then in my youth🤣 so many aspects of life make me feel tme is flying. My oldest is 8.5... but my spine feels better than ever.😍🙏 Baby is doing great. She is getting her first tooth soon and is very happy to be surronded by her sisters. Love your chunky little Man. 🥰
I have extremely tight hamstrings and I have extremely tight hip flexors because I have a total hip replacement that I got when I was 38 and now I am 47. I do not like downward dog. I stay away from it at all costs and if I do do it I have to use yoga blocks because my hip flexors and because my hamstrings are tight. A lot of times people say this is beginning yoga I do beginning yoga and once I start watching it I say no that's not beginning yoga because I can't get into the poses and if I can't get into the poses it's not for beginners. I want to know how hard is your yoga? Because if you do downward dog I'm going to stop the video and I'm going to look for somebody else
Here We Go Again sitting Indian style. Why do people sit this way so much I don't understand I can't sit indian-style anymore ever since I dislocated my head when I was 13 years old and now I am 47 and I have tight hip flexors and people think I can just sit indian-style like everybody else and I wish everybody can be in my body for five years to see what it's like
This was so relaxing and wonderful. I've been having some pain in my thoracic spine and this helped so much.
