@@krushal9333 What you have is a US Government exemption vehicle fella. The US GOVERNMENT RULES PERIOD !!! The rest of us all have to follow the law as we do not have any SAY IN THE MATTER........
I'd recommend checking for any vacuum hose leaks first, as that’s a common problem. If everything looks fine, the idle air control valve might need cleaning or replacing. Hope this helps, keep us posted, and good luck.
Great video, but there are so many things to check. Will any of these causes show on the On-Board Diagnostics (OBD) system?

Fuel Trims , 02 sensors check both . Will as well help determine a vacuum leak .

This has been happening with my Hyundai sonata 2005 2.7l anyone have any suggestions?
