    Ruby, first time I have done this mobility class. Excellent! I regularly do your popup workout. Started doing that as a 70 year old, California male who was having trouble with my popups. The pop up exercises, along with a big beefy board have helped restore my ability to get up. Your classes are terrific. I appreciate so much how you have targeted exercises for all the elements important to surfing. Thank you, thank you thank you!

    38:24 I just did your workout for the first time and loved it! I’m an old school guy, used to lift weights forever, and finally coming around to completely changing up my fitness. Was in fantastic shape into my early 40s, but now in my late 40s I’m in the worst shape of my life (too many traumas). I’m really hoping that by changing things up, not only will my surfing improve (that fell off a cliff too), but also my fitness💪🏼 Thanks, and I look forward to more videos. Have a rad day🤙🏼

    discovered this channel a few weeks ago and the done the classes everyday - already feeling better in the water. You dont seem to be teaching anymore which is a shame, but damn, what you have taught me already has been great. thanks!

    My legs were shaking from those squats while I was doing the press-ups/planks. Amazing leg work-out along with everything else!

    Hey Ruby. I found this video of yours because I'm about to take my first surf lesson, and wanted to have more strength and flesibility specifically related to surfing. This workout is awesome! It's definitely challenging me in the best way. And I can already feel the strength and fluidity building. Your clear and casual vibe is what I love about surfing. Thank you!!

    I know this is from three years ago but I thoroughly enjoyed it - a good mix of standing and mat, working hard and more gentle stuff, and excellent descriptions of form! Please do more?

    This was fantastic! Thanks so much! Have you done a video or you would consider doing one on how to pop up? I am a total beginner in surfing and was looking for videos to help me train popping up on land before I try again this summer in the water. Your workout feels amazing as part of the preparation and I wondered if you had one specifically geared to that goal.

    great class, but it was quite annoying that there are so many ad breaks in between. rather put some longer ones in the beginning, so we don't have to stop the exercises :)

    love this workout! I am doing it again and again to mobilize. Do you have any modification or tip for the push-ups ? I am doing them on my knees bur am still to weak so stay in line with my shoulders and my pelvis when pushing up. Thank you!

    Great video - but that's ads are horrible! They're totally disruptive to your amazing workout. I have to skip art least a dozen ads just to get through.
