I broke my back in the military a long time ago. They wanted to fuse my spine together. I denied the surgery. I was bedridden for 4 years. Went to a sports dr. For 2 years recently , It helped, but I was still in major pain in my left hip and lower spine area. I found your exercises, even though I do not surf, I have been doing this set every morning, and I am not in pain anymore just after 2 weeks, and I can move 100 percent. Thank you for this video and sharing stretches I have never heard of or seen before. Truly changed my life. Thank you.

That was really helpful mindfully and physically! I do a lot of surfing, skateboarding & Sea fishing (which usually consists of climbing cliffs or walking over fields or beaches), and although I'm only 20 I have to watch my joints, muscles and bones as I have Hyperactivity of the Joints (meaning my core muscles are not initially strong, this also affects my balance & co-ordination. I could also break a bone or pull a muscle more easily compared to other people) so this is massive help!! Plz, keep them coming!!! Love from Wales 🏴🤙🇳🇿
Very good! More of these would be great. A shorter, more intense version would be really handy. I’ve returned to surfing after a few years off and everything is creaking! It feels like starting over again, so flexibility is going to be essential!

Great video but the video was interupted by ads about ten times. To skip them you have to get up each time... also the ad is for some weird computer game.
Hi - I’m having problems with my pop up due to the fact I struggle with bending my front leg (left/regular). When I go from downward dog to bringing my foot forwards as close to my hands as I can, I can never get as far forward with my left foot as my right foot. What flexibility exercises would you recommend to improve this? Thanks
