Delta Milwaukee Bandsaw Upgrade DIY

I picked up this 1955 Delta Milwaukee 14” Bandsaw off Craigslist and it’s a really great machine. In this video I make a few small modifications to bring it into the modern age.

I would paint the new cover. After watching your video, I now know how I am going to change my dust issues with my old Delta bandsaw, and it will have paint to match the rest of the saw.

@@GregsWorkshopOregon If you can spray lacquer paint try taking the cover you removed to a local Automotive paint store and to see if they can match the color.

Nice job and nice old saw. Grab a can of Rust oleum machine gray and make it match.

Thanks George. I bought machine gray but it's a little dark, I'm going to try winter gray if I can find any in stock.
