This cheese is fantastic! I did not have the patience to peel the beans so just let my high speed blender whiz it all together and it came out smooth, firm and tangy.

With that said, I cook some vegetarian and vegan meals each week to... I guess to lessen my personal impact is the best way to describe it. I do love nutritional yeast on popcorn and added to soups. I can understand how people would get tired of it if it was a staple though. This recipe of yours looks great. I really look forward to replacing a good portion of my cheese consumption with it. I saved so many recipes from your kitchen, that you have your own folder!! Cassava flour? Is there a substitute? It’s expensive. You have one of the best TH-cam channels!

I’m new to this lifestyle and would love a complete list of pantry essentials so that I can stock up on the versatile items needed. Thanks for all the great content you’ve put out this far! ❤️

I love your creativity with all of these recipes ideas. With the cheese recipe do you think the Lima Bean would also be a substitute for the Lupini Bean. I have not located the Lupini bean in my local store yet. If so, should it be frozen or canned, because fresh is not easy to find during the winter season. Thanks so much.
