How do you go about cleaning it? Do you need to take it apart or just wipe it out inside and run some beams through or watt?

Any advice on how to remove a stuck front burr and shaft? I’m trying to deep clean this model in my cafe, but it’s hard to remove likely due to the old coffee grinds.
