How often you should do this cleaning? And what is the name of things white thing you pass on it?

We recommend cleaning your grinder once a week to maintain a good coffee quality. The white grinder cleaner is called GRINDZ and is available through our Mahlkönig dealers. 🖐😀

Hello. How can i get that magnet to take that steel circle out? Some staff put the circle one first and it is stuck there

You could try a long pair of needle nose pliers and carefully remove it. Hope this helps!
