You already did a lot of espresso machine blind tests. Seeing these reviews of high end grinders, I am wondering if you could maybe compare a low end grinder (around 200$ max) and a high end grinder (not necessarily this one, a home espresso grinder would be better, I guess) in a blind test.
Why on earth would a vendor ever do that. If they ever said "our cheaper product are better then the expensive stuff" each manufacturer would end their contracts with them. But with my knowledge let me answer you. You have the Baratza Encore at 140$. You have this at 1000$ My advice is simply just don't leave it to chance. Get a 65mm or bigger espressso grinder for espresso, for filter get the Bunn you see here, the Malkonig GH1 or a Baratza encore.
How are these for axial burr alignment, out of the box? EK43s, for example, have a reputation of being fairly terrible from the factory - did Bunn do this right on the GVH series? Thanks so much!
Is there enough clearance behind the coffee chute to grind directly into a batch brew basket? If so, how far into the center of the basket can you direct it?

Does anyone know if the GVH Hopper bottom diameter fits onto the older Bunn G1/2/3's?

"0 to 11" was that a Spinal Tap reference by the manufacturer?
We can only hope.
Is it possible that the espresso grind wasn’t consistent enough because the burrs were new? And can you define “chirping”.
@@babettebutterfly chirping is when the burrs start to touch and make a "chirping" sound
