Ingredients:
Cake batter
Dry:
200g APF
2tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
200g white sugar
1/2tsp salt
Wet:
3 Eggs
70g butter
3/4cup buttermilk
1/2 cup veg. oil
1tbsp Yam flavoring
1 tsp Vanilla(optional)
150g Ube Halaya (purple yam jam)
Frosting:
150g cream cheese
240ml whipping cream
75g Icing sugar
2-3 drops of yam flavoring
1tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Filling:
Cream frosting
Ube Halaya
Baking Pan size : 5 x 4 inches
