ONE NIGHT I WAS TRAVELING DOWN THE ROAD WHEN A CAPE CORAL COP RACED FROM OVER A MILE AWAY TO CATCH UP WITH ME. AS I WAS APPROACHING AN INTERSECTION, THE LIGHT TURNED YELLOW. NO ONE WANTS TO RUN A RED LIGHT IN FRONT OF AN OFFICER, SO I STOPPED AT THE LIGHT. CONSEQUENTLY, THE COP CHANGED LANES FROM THE ADJACENT LANE TO GET BEHIND ME AT THAT MOMENT. BECAUSE OF HER NEGLIGENCE IN WATCHING THE ROAD AND WAS RATHER, LOOKING AT A DEVICE TO RUN MY PLATE WITH NO PROBABLE CAUSE, SHE HAD TO SLAM HER BRAKES TO PREVENT REARENDING ME. IN THE VIDEO, YOU CAN HEAR HER TIRES SQUEAL.
DUE TO HER INABILITY TO ADMIT HER MISTAKE, SHE DECIDED THAT I DESERVED A $163 TICKET AND THREE POINTS ON MY LICENSE FOR STOPPING AT A RED LIGHT. THE ACTUAL TICKET WAS FOR STOPPING PAST THE STOP LINE. AGAIN, IN THE VIDEO, YOU CAN SEE HOW I HAD TO ROLL FORWARD TO AVOID HER REARENDING ME. YOU CAN SEE WHERE HER CAR STOPPED AND THAT IT WOULD HAVE HIT ME, HAD I NOT MOVED FORWARD.
THIS KIND OF BLATANT DISREGARD FOR CITIZENS AND THE TRUTH MAKE THIS REACTIONARY COP A DANGER TO THE PEOPLE. Thank you for policing the police for us. There needs to be way more independent organizations, like yourself, that aren't other cops (internal affairs) which keep cops accountable for the safety of the citizens and the few good police. We need them in every city and town. Bodycams only help when the cop has them on and they can turn them off when they want to hide the illegal things they do.

Hearing you describe going through the "bait car", making sure everything works, is my daily ritual as well. Just to get to work and back trying to keep myself safe from tyrannical pigs looking to extort me. Even down to the license plate bulbs. People thought I was paranoid till they were pulled over for a license plate bulb.

I’d love to see how this goes in court if/when you challenge the ticket. If the ticket is upheld it essentially criminalized avoiding a collision. So obeying the lines on the road is more important than preserving people’s lives? I don’t think any reasonable judge would agree with that.

This is where I think you are making a mistake. You don't think any reasonable judge would agree with that. ALL judges are in cahoots with the cops and the DA's. Their goal is to make money for the county or city. They don't give a damn about the people's rights. This guy's ticket will be upheld in court, and he will lose any chance at a lawsuit because of the ticket being deemed valid. The judge, any judge, will claim that he has no case. Therefore, he won't be able to get her footage from her camera. This is how corruption works.

I'd love to get the records of all her traffic stops, and contact all the people to whom she has written moving violations. Let's see how many of them she purposely made an unsafe movement and then pulled them over. If there is at least 1 more (I'm guessing it's going to be almost every stop) then each and every victim needs to sue her personally, as well as sue the department. The DOJ's FBI Civil Rights Division needs to be notified as well to press charges against her.

Cops are like a basket of apples. Mostly all are good and juicey, but some are rotten so bad it's unreal. I have a story to tell you. This all happened before dash cameras and video recorders. My boss ordered a covered utility trailer from a company in north Georgia. I left the night before from Florida, and got up there before they closed. They locked me in there fenced area. In the morning the trailer boss put the trailer on my truck with all the paperwork in a envelop in my truck. We walked around the trailer and it was a very shiney black trailer with a drop gate in the rear and a side door on the side. The trailer had 3 locks on it and he told me he mailed the keys to my boss. They were keyed locks. I left there and stopped at a gas station to refuel and get a few sandwiches and two bottles of soda for the trip back. I drove thru this small town and a cop pulled me over for speeding. I told him no, I had my cruise control set. He then called for a K-9 to check my truck and trailer. They walked around my truck twice and found nothing. Then the handler walked around my utility trailer and the dog jumped up on the trailer in the same places where the handler touched my trailer. The cop said that the K-9 had two hits on it and for me to unlock the trailer. I told him that the keys were mailed to my boss two days ago. He said bullshit, open the door. I said call this number. That was the bosses number to the trailer factory. Then I asked for the Sgt. The Sgt came out and cut the two expensive locks off. And guess what, nothing but air in the trailer. Then i got the Sgt and asked for his name and number, the K-9 handlers number and the cop that pulled me over. There was deep scratches in the trailer where the dog jumped up. My boss was pissed and called his lawyer. He sued all 3 of them. And we found out they did not have a K-9. It was a cops personal dog. My boss got a brand new trailer with 6 very expensive locks and after the lawsuit, the police station closed there doors, they were flat broke. Taught these cops that some people are not criminals.

Cops like pilots should have a zero percent allowance for ignorance. Different airline or to tell you that they are good for the most part but we have a few bad apples here in there crash the planes would you fly that airline? Qualified immunity is bullshit, I don’t support defunding the police because (my understanding from research) it’s not that simple. However I do believe that lawsuit should be coming out of their pension funds and budgets not from the community in taxpayers. I’m sure I’ll get grief for not agreeing with the defunding movement, but things are rarely black and white. It’s just like politics, no one side is 100% right. In fact I’ve only seen one situation in politics in the modern era (post Jim Crow) where a politician was completely unsuitable for office. Fortunately that was fixed in November 2020!

I think that it is a good idea, at least at first, to not mention the cameras. That way the cop will write you up for something that your video can easily refute if it goes to court. Otherwise, immediately telling the cop that you've filmed everything gives them the opportunity to write up a ticket for something that the camera did not record.

It's 2022 my God cops must assume they are being recorded as well. The cop like you mentioned lied under oath when she lied issuing ticket. The thing to do was write you a warning, still being wrong of course, but also avoiding having to lie again in court. Now she will have a proven complaint in her file, be exposed to thousands online, and have her word & credibility called into question anytime she is called into court if an attorney finds this video.
Gotta have a judge that will call the officer's word into question.. Very rare.. Research crocket county tennessee general sessions court judge connelly.. He will allow aggravated perjury to happen in his courtroom and then convict the defendant for having seen the defendant raise his arm in video evidence.. He will allow the prosecutor to bring in video evidence with no audio.. Let the cop tell him what was being said and when.. And then when video evidence with audio is shown to the contrary of the testimony of the police officer.. He will disregard the evidence.. And convict the defendant.. The trial date was 04/26/2022.. The arrest date was 11/19/2021.. The arresting officer was the city of bells tn police chief kevin liggon.. The defendent was Nicholas Alcorn..

Funny how she walked up saying "what are you doing" after she literally almost ran into the back of you. And her having her camera off was weird. She seemed like she might have been under the influence of something the way she was driving.

I know this is already obvious but the fact that this guy hasn't gotten arrested yet( that I know of I am new to the channel) is more than enough proof that this guy is catching a lot of corrupt agencies and police officers.
