      Oh...they use that tired cliche of ...it's 3am...uh, so? When did they initiate curfews in the United States? 3am...3pm...what's the difference? Crime happens during the sunlight hours too....being out at 3am should NOT be considered suspicious just for what TIME it is.

    • @seanstephenson7081
      @seanstephenson7081 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +9

      Suspicion is not a crime nor a traffic violation, and driving on a public road at 3:00 a.m. is not a traffic violation or a criminal violation.. they had no reasonable grounds to initiate a stop in the first place.

      @@I.Am.NobodyI don't give cops the benefit of the doubt and think that they are ignorant to the laws, I think it's more malicious than that I think that they know that the vast majority of citizens out here do not know their rights or the law.. and basically when they do something like this they are rolling the dice hoping that they get the average citizen that will say oh how are you doing officer here's my ID I'm not in trouble am I? And with Chuck's bait car they are just rolling the dice and happened to come up f****** snake eyes 😂 you do understand that police in this country operate on a quota system where they are encouraged by promotions and overtime and raises to get a certain number of contacts which are identifications and arrest and tickets per month.. of course the quota system is federally illegal so they do this all off the books. Think of all of the dirty lies and tricks and clever speaking that a salesman does to try to get that sale at all cost police operate much in the same way. But they have a badge and a gun and authority and the entirety of the system to defend them so they can get much more vicious than a salesman..

      Maybe and I say maybe. If the people got together at town and city meetings and demanded this too happen. The issue I see is, there are no honest cops about. So they would only warn their friends and colleagues that they are a bait car. Registration numbers would be known.
      What I believe should and could easily happen. Am not American so it may be easy for me to say this without knowing the whole laws used.
      If the people in each town start similar to what chuck is doing. Make it a TH-cam, Facebook etc channels where every car posts interactions.with cops. The vehicles travel over county and state lines so that the LEO do not get too handy with the registration numbers and shape of car make etc.
      1 big channel with 50+ cars out every night. And I bet that will definitely highlight the behaviour of all cops in all states. It could also gain sponsorship and advertising could pay fuel and vehicle insurance etc if it becomes popular. And we all know that there will be loads willing to watch. Maybe even buy merchandise. It could work and when it does that would be one hell of a channel. They could even have your own website. This would also make cash from advertising and sponsorship.
