@@jaystyles33 I checked on there website. Unfortunately it's only for the Sur Ron. I would have to go with Ebmx they now have batteries for the Talaria but hella expensive tho especially here in Canada that would be almost $5,000 yea think I'll just stick to my stock Talaria hella cheaper 🤣👍

Jay, I’m looking to buy a battery soon. I really like the range this 60max has. If you were to buy one today would you still buy the same one
Yes I would buy it because, it still to me the perfect medium especially if I’m trying to ride a lot longer and have less time to charge and the cherry on top is having a great enough power to still make it a fun bike running 14kw in the city I’ll never be able to experience the full power unless I’m like on a long straight away which is very rare in the busy city area.
When you buy the 60 V 60 A I would avoid doing that because you lose efficiency I have those same speeds you’re not gonna go as far as a higher voltage whenever you upgrade voltage increases range, but your batteries have a higher discharge rate which means that it deals with heat much better resulting in a longer It’s a huge misconception by writers to think that an hours is what’s responsible for giving you further range and it’s not as simple as that but anyone else out there looking to buy a battery and plan on still riding I like stock speed with the stock controller I would highly advise purchasinghigher voltage before you go for speed again like I said, you would get the same increase in range but also better batteries I can handle more.

Hey what's up buddy how's it going I am looking into buying a Sauron and I would like to do some upgrades on it one of the upgrades I would like to do is the battery I've been watching videos and I've been trying to figure out what is the difference between the new battery that's going to come out 66 V from chi vs the 60v batteries I just want to do the plug-in play for right now because this is something that's new to me so if you can maybe break it down a lot more in detail to me or maybe if you can do a video about it I'm still learning about this stuff not sure about the amperage and the voltage on these batteries still trying to figure stuff out

So the difference between it off the back is that the 66v had. 20% more speed and range then the stock 60v
This is due to the voltage being slightly higher and the ah (capacity)
Also I can try and get around to making a video about it no promises thought but I’ll def consider it highly it a good idea too

can i run 430 phase amps in EMB bac4000 app ? an 12000 watts ?
It should be able to withstand 12 kW of power as for the phase amps it sure does as well but I would double check your controller to see if they allow you to safely pull that amount of power

@@forreallauv7388 yeah on full sport mode if you use it conservitivly you can get around 65 miles in range
What’s the max kw you can run using that battery with stock motor?
Hey Tony so the motor can definitely run more than 7 kW and the battery itself can pull out 28 kW continuous but since it has a stock controller, it’s unable to safely pull out that power
Hence the controller stock controller is limiting the potential at least in this set up scenario
@@jaystyles33 thank you for the information! I have the same battery with a bac8k. Do you have a suggestion on the most field weakening I can run with the stock motor? I’m at 10% and never tried to pass that. Thanks again JAY!
So I have a bac 4K I believe the field wakening are different with every controller. I’ve seen somebody with a ASI back run 15% but I would definitely keep that at max nothing more than 15% because you do have a stock motor.

1000% worth upgrading especially now that chi battery has upgrades version from this video such as steel enclosure better bms and better cells for performance and the shape it has it top of the market in my opinion (slightly biased lol)
