Hi Veena, A very easy recipe for Christmas. I have never made this sweet before. I will be following your recipe, I just hope I can achieve the milk creams you have made. Is the total cooking time 20 mins ? Do you use slow or medium flame while cooking?

For some it could be 2-3 minutes more. For the first five minutes, I used medium heat, and thereafter medium low. That is reduce the heat a little after adding the butter.
Would this work with plant-based milk as well? I have a family history of Cancer so need to avoid the estrogen, igf-1 and possible BLV in dairy. Thank you for sharing
