    3 months ago I started my LLC, I walked into a restaurant told them about myself and what I do. They gave me a 21,600 a year contract (1800/month) I feel like I’m
    Ballin.
    I’m also a line cook full time. But going from 36k/yr as a cook to making an additional 21.6k a year drastically changed my view on Working for others

    Definitely an underrated channel bro. I asked you about some things early on but long story short i started my commercial cleaning business, I now have two contracts and one was a random from Google as well, a dentist office that I clean. 👌🏽💯

      I don't know where you are located but in Canada. I am in Quebec. If you use your garage or backyard for your supplies, you can deduct it as a tax deduction.

    I’m looking to start my cleaning company in Nashville in September I’m a sous chef here now and I make pretty good money. We pay our cleaning crew 1350 a week and they only here for maybe 3-4 hrs, I’m aiming for restaurants just cause I already know the industry

    Glad I found this channel, thank you for the videos! I live in Canada and started my company this summer mainly doing AirBNB's. It's been great so far but now that winter is approaching I'm working on getting some Commercial clients to keep things flowing since the bookings for AirBNB have slowed down.       I dont have a recommendation for solutions really because i dont they they’re what matters. The EPA regulates what we can use and most stuff works for something. Just find what works for you. Try to keep the cost down and change it when you find better.

      Systematize EVERYTHING! The more things are predictable and routine the easier it will be. Dial down all details from the start to finish points of delivering on both services without I physically. That way you can focus on perfecting those systems for better results.

    I've been doing commercial cleaning for about 3 years with a small franchise company. After fees the money is okay just for me but not enough wiggle room to hire and keep good help. Well I put in 30 days notice to my last account with them because I'm moving. When I get to my new location I want to start my own cleaning business but I'm worried about how to actually write the contract.

      You can definitely start it on the side. However Running any actual business is more work than most regular jobs. So don’t expect it to be easier or less work. But it can be done along side having a full time job. It just takes dedication outside of work.

    See thats my problem is my google business account keeps getting suspended soon as I put it up and google is no help it definitely is frustrating trying to learn everything I'm in the same situation trying to figure out the marketing side

      Suspended? I honestly haven’t heard of that happening a lot. Really Deep research it. It’s worth millions to figure it out so its not suppose to be quick and easy. Worse case scenario create another gmail and start from scratch. Dont try to trick google or outsmart the system. Just play the game to the best of your ability.

    I started cleaning homes after I got laid off my other job when Covid hit. I enjoyed it but want to get away from doing homes and want to get into cleaning offices and businesses. I was offered a job to clean a car dealership and I’m meeting with the owner tomorrow but have no clue how much to charge. They said they were happy with the guy that worked there but he wanted more money so they let him go. So I don’t want to bid too low or too high but don’t even know where to start.

      You just did the walk through bro! Only you know what a good price will be. Noone else knows what the customer wants, or how much of the square footage is actually cleanable. Dont look for quick answers. start thinking and making decisions. How much is it guna cost u to not do it. Then how much u wana profit on top of that.

      @@DJTheBoss I sent the proposal and I expected I would need 2 people to clean it. They got back to me and surprisingly they were paying only 1 employee previously doing the whole 65,000 sq ft.... So I lowered the pricing to get closer to match how much it might cost for one cleaner and some left over profit. I was a little disappointed cuz it seems like my profit is gonna be on the lower end. But I'm trying to remember that its more about how many accounts you can make some profit from not necessarily how much you make from 1 account. Plus I can always raise my prices in the future.

      Are you following up after you give pricing? Is the delivery of your price professional as well? Ask them when they would like to start. Ask for the business.

Can you charge commercial businesses like apartment complex's and offices before job if you get them on a weekly or bi-weekly basis if quoted and assest properly. I did see you do a video on charging after giving them 15 to 30 days to pay, is it common to do that with every company/ contract closed?

      Woooo buddy. If you watch more of my videos on this topic you will see that my way is to get paid for the entire month of work up front. I very seldom offer net 15 or net 30 payment Options. All payment forms and options are common. It doesn’t matter because each business does whats best for them.

      Theres no reason you cant have a premade list of contractors already on board to take new work as you get it. And it’ll save you time scrabbling to find help with new work as it comes.

      definitely watch my videos on each of those to start with. and then double back to me with any more specific questions you might have about coming up with prices. but in general add up how much it will cost you for employees to do the work then add your profit or how much you want to make on top of that.

      @@kasforai they vary depending on size. small acounts around 30% large sometimes close to 17%. but you may have to do some work for free or cheap to get some case studies. do the math. its obviously worth the new clients you can attract with it.

      I would need to know more and see the space. You have to know more about what the customer wants done than the square-footage of the place. The size tells you nothing really. How long will it take an employee to carry out the task the customer wants. Then add profit. Thats my simple formula. I have more detailed videos on this on my channel. Thanks for watching.

    I’m 20 years old I started my commercial cleaning company journey when I was 18 I now have 3 cleaning accounts I have 2 employees but I still lack a lot of knowledge I’ve just done another walkthrough for 5 days a week I bid it for 3,200 I’m kinda thinking I went a little too high by a few hundred any ideas on how to try to get the contract by contacting the finder ? I have not heard a response
