    Usually I am loyal to just Kelly's workouts (for more than 10 years now) but I'm glad I did Amanda's workout today! Her voice is so soothing and calming, and we had a great workout together just now :)

      I love Kelly. I always do hers and skip all other woman's but thought I'd try this. Why not!

    We appreciate *you* for designing this low impact workout and working out with us! It feels like working out with a friend - an encouraging friend who is with us to push through the burn and somehow always knows the perfect time to remind us to breathe. lol
    So excited to see a full series from Amanda! Can't wait to do all 5 days. 😃

    I liked the different angles of the floor work--elevated clam shells were new to me--and I liked your low key manner. In the cool down, I felt every "seen" since I had switched to Happy Baby at one point and then I heard your words, "Free styling the cool down is all right with me"--thanks, Amanda : )

    After a few days of HIIT and kettlebell I was craving something challenging yet quiet for my torso and this came in at JUST the right time. Perfect ❤

    Wow Thank You! I have MANY old injuries. Thankfully I've ALWAYS worked out and stayed limber. But 4 years ago I had an unusual amount of things from medical, to pain, to emotional trauma happen. I quit everything. This week I decided to get back to my old self in a new way. Kelly's stretch got me started & when I tried this, I knew I could keep going! I'll never stop again!! PERIOD! ❤

    did do nr5 yesterday, does it matter to do them in 1 2 3 4 5 order or is it ok to just do 2 3 4 next, loved the exercises despite a little cramp in my left leg, but that should improve after a couple of sessions 😊

    This was a fabulous workout. Just wondering - does anyone else get a sore neck during the core work? I've always had this problem and don't know how to make it not the problem. Suggestions are welcome!

    Wahhhhh! Im soooooo bad at Pilates, I wish I was better. HIIT, Cardio, Weighs YEs!. SLAP WRIST MUST DO MORE PILATES,but hey , thank you,I will TRY and do some each day to discipline myself, .....well..... I am 66 years old.and i do cycle 10k , and half mile open water swimming
