Been doing these fb workouts so often during last months that i couldn’t load any more weight to my dumbells bc there is no space in those bars left. Seems i have to go to shop some bigger weight plates and do this again. I did this workout twice today with my current weights and got the burn somehow that way. 😁 Thank you Tasha! ❤
Very excited for this challenge. This is the first time I’ve been able to do lunges and squats without having to modify them! Big win for me as I’ve been getting my strength back.
